Subtype Melbourne

I purchased a pair of shoes from this website online and decided after I received it that I didn't want them anymore (I hadn't opened them, it was an impulse purchase). Despite the store policy online saying they don't accept returns on sale items, the store actually accepted my return and refunded my money which was relieving. Will definitely consider shopping here again in the future when I'm looking for new shoes!

Not only we got a chance to witness exceptional genuine service but with so much of ease how phenomenal he was in not only his dealing with customer's, but having a eye for detail and the resolution was provided with swift service.

I wanted to buy Nike Be true 720 but it's unfortunate that I couldn't buy as the comfort of the shoe wasn't 💯 % even though to my surprise they had different sizes of be true which surprisingly most of the multi brand or Nike store itself didn't even had that in Melbourne CBD.

staff were amazing (shoutout Tim) knew all about the stuff that was there, even though they had such a vast collection of specially curated items. been waiting for a while for something like this to be here in Melbourne, especially ADER Error. Creative Installations were very appealing and unlike any I’ve seen.

There’s also a sense of community and inclusiveness that I hella respect for this team and the store. Usually streetwear or lux stores like this, usually frighten/ intimidate people by the atmosphere, but at SubType, the staff make it their duty to make you feel as at home as possible and try to ease you in the streetwear world without scaring you in the process. keep doin what you guys doin, much love!
