KFC Melbourne Central Food Court

whilst the food itself was nice, the server was even nicer! shout out to victor who was on shift on wed the 3rd at around 1:50 pm! he was so patient, sweet and gave us the best customer service one could ask for. i had difficulty identifying what meal combo i wanted however victor was there to reassure me and my sister to take our time. honestly i hope you get a raise 🙏🙏

There’s a guy that works at this location named Douglas who is a ray of sunshine!!! He has served me the past few times I’ve dropped past and every single time he has greeted me with a big smile on his face and always finds a way to crack a joke while taking my order!

Clean, quick, delicious and friendly staff. Wish all KFC outlets were this good.

This is the best kfc ive been to! Always flavourful, fresh, and crispy. And the team here is always nice. Keep doing what youre doing!! I have been disappointed by other kfcs nearby

Best KFC ever! I literally bust a nut every time I eat the chicken. Also there's this guy at the back named Derek and he is so bad!!! I think he deserves a raise and some girls should take notice of how he's such a charitable prince

Ordered via the app to skip the queue. KFC was fantastic quality here - much better than I've had at other franchises. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed with orders and customers (seemingly the queues weren't too long though). Staff were a little quiet/disinterested in announcing the orders, but understandable if you were paying attention. Re: another review, canned drinks are definitely available here. However, If you need any towelettes or straws, make sure you ask! (They likely aren't included by default).

Great service here! Very fast order taking and got my order exactly right. Staff were very clean and respectful. The manager think his name was Ben was excellent! Definitely one of the better kfc I’ve been.

Hmm so whatever... I mean literally whatever u order 👌🏻 in the menu as per my experience is always quick,hot and fresh. I have been here in my lunch/Snack time, always best served & been informed if it takes time or whatsoever at the start of ur order depending on what u order!!! Services always managed by staff is excellent and reading the reviews here I’m not impressed and unsure what u guys have had.. but undoubtedly let's talk about my today's experience, staff told me 5mints wait for my favourite wings I was ok, but in 8mints I have my train still I took chance to wait and voila I waited just for 2-2.5mints & wings with chips arrived so succulent, hot and great taste, finger licking good, being so busy on lunch hrs!!!

I was not expecting that. Actually some of the best KFC I’ve had in ages. Chicken was actually fresh, hot and delicious. Chips were fresh and hot. Staff were super friendly.

Jasslyn was simply your best team member I've come across ... My transaction was made on the 7th of September at 3:08pm .. Please hire team members more like Jasslyn and less rude and foul mouthed ones like the girl that was on the middle register next her.

They gave me a wonderful meal, they didn't have kiosks there though
