The staff working tonight (31.01.23) Vet ant Kathleen? were so attentive in letting me know how long my food would take and keeping me updated. Maccas melb central should be proud of the exceptional quality of staff they employ! Fab job guys!

Love getting my breakfast order in the morning! Coffee is always made to perfection! Staff are extremely polite and apologetic over the occasional longish wait times. Understandable considering it's right next to the train station :)

Employee with orange hair and glasses was on the fry station for chips and they turned out great plenty of slat and suffciently crispy and turned around in my order in like 30 seconds

Just had the best cheeseburger I’ve ever had in my life. The cheese was melted gooey, the bun fresh and fluffy and the whole burger was warm and delicious. The fries were crispy and hot too, with the perfect amount of salt. Cheers to the employees that made it, that was some damn good fast food.

Awesome great service and great food too, usually when I get food from McDonalds it isn't that organised and prepared but when I got it from here it was pretty good, I was expecting the lines for ordering to be long but it wasn't as long as I expected. I recommend this place if you are looking for a McDonalds in Melbourne.

Quick service, helpful staff.

Rarely busy although can be a bit slow sometimes. Food is standard Macca's and it's interesting that their prices seem to be a bit lower than most Macca's. Plenty of seating for eating in and I like that there's a second side to this Macca's which is inside the train station section so you don't have to touch off your Myki to grab a coffee and then jump back on another train.

Friendly staff and fast service

Went to Maccas today to grab the free quarter pounder, and so were 50 odd others were aswell. The store did great to keep up with the high demand! Only had to wait about 3 mins. Great staff

I was on the lash the other night. The export lager was going down a treat YEWL!!. After a double quarter pounder with extra onion I was in need of using the facilities. I walked into the restroom, they were impeccably clean. I was not used to this as it is Melbourne Central. After this I decided to chomp down a McChicken, the mayo-lettuce and crispy nugget of of chicken was cooked to perfection. It was at this moment, my mate Joey was in a bit of trouble. He had tasted the fruit of tooo many cheap exports. The Malty drop was not sitting well with him. It was at this point that the flood gates opened and he vomitted all over himself. I told him that he should have had that Big Mac I offered him, it would have saved him this embaressment. The staff were very friendly and helped him as best they could, they were all understnding. Once cleaned up Joey and I shared a cheeseburger and some nuggets, it was from here after our pitstop at Melbourne central Maccas that we continued the binge of the finest export lager for the night.

The staff here is so polite. quick n clean service. But the area is bit crowded.

Regular MacD. Good service from staff. Crowd management is really good even on busy times. Good menu available here.
