Pandora Melbourne Central

I went there yesterday. I was going to but only necklace, but I ended up buying bracelet as well. It because of the staff name "Nadia". She was so nice and helpful. Never get disappointed of the service in this branch. Highly recommend 👌

I have always loved going to this store. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and become a part of the whole experience of 'creating' my customised bracelets and bangles. Never too much trouble, true customer service and they get a joy to see me happy. I look forward to my visits. I've been wearing Pandora since it began. There were no stores then, just a little piece of wonderment tucked away in other jewelers. I've never looked back.

Walked passed this store a few months back but it was closed due to the pandemic lockdown. Better luck today. I dropped to looking for a pair of studs for a Christmas gift. It was busy but still the customer service to an uninitiated male like me was excellent. Highly recommended.

Today, I was there to buy earrings, and Klear helped me. I mentioned an issue with the Pandora bracelet I had purchased before, and she immediately assisted me. Great store! I was able to exchange my jewellery that i received as a gift despite not being given the receipt. All the ladies were lovely but Vesna was the one that served me, just wanted to say thanks to her especially :)

Had the most amazing jewellery service ever in Melbourne. Sarah's hospitality was amazing . It really made my day to have my faulty stud replaced and polished.
