Dr Pullen is incredible!
He is professional, can empathise, but above all his knowledge is second to none.

Dr Pullen did my shoulder surgery & whilst it has not been an easy road, the difference is chalk & cheese. His follow up appointments are well run & I leave feeling confident in his abilities.

I honestly cannot recommend Dr Pullen any higher & I absolutely recommend The Royal Melbourne Hospital if you require surgeries on your shoulder.

He was everything you want, he was kind professional, and most importantly very good. He was very kind and caring, would recommend.

I have had both shoulders done by Dr Pullem, 5 years apart and may I say both are fantastic. The care and advice I received by Dr Pullen and staff at Bellbird hospital , absolutely first class. My advice to prospective patients is do as you are told and follow exercise regime

Does not provide the level of care that patients deserve. I was referred to Mr Pullen through the Dandenong hospital following a humerus fracture. After paying the $180 he charges for a 20 min appointment, where he added no value he recommended that I was referred back to the hospital and treated there.

Treatment was then undertaken by Dandenong hospital. At my 8 weeks X-ray it was discovered that my bone was healing but with a significant bend. I called Mr Pullen to make an appointment and get a second opinion. Through his PA Veronica, it was communicated to me in an extremely rude and dismissive manner that Mr Pullen would not see. GIven I have to pay for an appointment this makes no sense to me and when asked Veronica was unable to provide any explanation, showed no empathy and shut down the call.

If you want to be treated like a human being I would avoid Mr Pullen and his team at all cost.

I would not recommend Mr Pullen. I saw him with severe shoulder pain and was told by him to go to a pain management clinic. I've since had surgery elsewhere and am much better.
