Stayed here with my family for a night in Melbourne. Our apartment was on the 17th floor which had fantastic views out over the Yarra. My kids loved seeing the flame show on Southbank from so high. The apartment was really big and outstanding value for the money. It was really clean and had an actual kitchen. The noise of the city was faint once the windows were closed no problem at all sleeping. Great location and when we come back to Melbourne again we will definitely be trying to book here again. Best value ever.

Great apartments with amazing views of the city. Our room was neat and tidy and freshly cleaned. The heating however was not working but the staff were very quick to get us heaters to use for the next 5 days which worked well. The location is so close to everything and with a tram stop right at the door essentially. The area felt safe during the night also. The trains go by right outside so if you're a light sleeper that might bother you.

Very convenient, very cheap. Great value for money. Close to Crown and a stones throw from the aquarium, would certainly revisit!

Rooms were super clean. Had washer/dryer and full kitchen.
Location was very close to crown plaza and sea life, the mall was about 1 kilometre away easy walk.

Nice place. Lots of (family) room. Laundry, dryer, conv oven, microwave, stove, off street parking (if not too busy. There's only about 8 spots) Helpful staff inc cleaners. The main (communal) air conditioning wasn't working properly (on the hottest 2 days of the year), but the secondary in the main bedroom was enough. It WOULD'VE been a good view of New Year's Eve fireworks if they had a proper (non covid) show. Perfect view of the hourly flames at the casino after 9pm tho. So close to everything 👍👍👍

This place is great, it's one of my favourites. The rooms there are always spacious and warm and friendly. With a homely feel right in the middle of the city. You wouldn't even know you have the whole of the CBD at your doorstep. It's great

Very nice 2 bedroom apartments. Well laid out, nice furnishings. The living space is huge and directly overlooks the crown casino and south bank on the 15th floor. Good value and close to everything with a tram outside the building.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Room was comfortable and clean and VERY spacious! it is perfect for a weekend escape with friends or a relaxed stay for family. Location is excellent, just next to the Sea Life. And walk distance to Crown. ( just cross the river ). Will definitely recommend to my friends. :)

The value for money ratio is really good. The location is close to Sealife and the Casino and also a tram stop directly outside that you can take anywhere.

We stayed for 3 nights in a one bedroom apartment in this cute establishment in heart of Melbourne. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, the apartment was in great nick and everything worked. It was a short walk to Flinders station and main shopping areas, surrounded by convenience stores and very close to the Crown Casino, if you like that kind of thing. The windows were well insulated and the noise minimal considering the location, you can't have everything. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience with Riverside Serviced Apartments. We all been supervised by the great room size compared with those brand new apartments in Melbourne CBD. The river view is stunning, expecially with the Crown Casino flames. The bed is great. My friend has just done his hip surgery but have no issue about the perfect mattress. The staff is classic polite and very much helpful. The free tram is just outside of the hotel, very handy location. We will defintely come back again.

I stayed here overnight to attend a function for work and was suprised at the service and quality of the apartment. Wonderful service, the staff are very knowledgeable about getting around and local attractions, they also anticipate your requirements and are happy to accomodate requests. The apartment was comfortable and on the 15th floor, very quiet considering the busy area it is located in. Cable telly is a nice touch, king size bed and large spacious room with ensuite, washing machine and dryer, full kitchen facilities, dining room, walk in robe, comfy leather lounge and a great view.
The staff kept my baggage safe after I checked out so I could look around the city and do some shopping and when I picked up my bags, allowed me to freshen up and offered to organise transport to the airport, very professional and helpful. I could easily enjoy staying there for a week or more.

Staff here were amazing! I received a complimentary upgrade to a penthouse room! Enjoyed my stay and very convenient location! Could perhaps do with some refurbishment but at such a great price you can't knock it!

Recently a group of four of us stayed for 2013 Grand Prix for four nights. We booked 8 months ago but when we arrived the room we booked was not available , we our disappointment with this to the duty staff. They said they couldnt move us . But they offered us a large discount and the beers were a nice sweetner . The staff bent over backwards to help us out thankyou. Excellent location and room was really good we will be back thanks

Loved the spacious room and great location. Parking and getting dropped off is a hassle as there's no where you can "drop off" and check in if someone is waiting for you. Great place overall and would stay again

for a family of 6, having a 3 bedroom apartment has been great. the apartment is well equipped and reception ordered our groceries and had them delivered. great stay.
