I came to Melbourne for a job placement and I believe I was lucky to find Flexistayz. Finding a house in Australia doesn't seem to complicated with so many popular housing platforms out there, but there's always the risk of scammers. When I got in contact with Flexistayz I was happy to see they had a detailed contract and the handling of the bond was according to law regulations. They were also keen on clarifying all my doubts and they provide invoices for every rent payment, which is very handy for someone who needs to claim expenses refund in their country. I would recommend this company to anyone in a similar situation.

Flexistayz has improved substantially since the company was bought in 2017. It is a great option for people wanting a safe,clean place to land on their feet. I recommend this company!

Nice location, has all the essentials, and cleaning every week. Met some amazing friends here.

Room was nice, kitchen could do with some updating and the hob/oven doesn’t particularly work in one property. Quick to respond to questions and queries though!

I lived there for around 6 months last year.The location and the place were nice.There were good furnitures in the house with a TV, air conditioner and sofa in each room.The common area was cleaned by the cleaner every week and I think it was clean enough for us as tenants.However, the property manager picked on us a few times although actually no one complained about anything.Overall the management and the place were good.

I feel lucky to have got my booking cancelled with you guys since the place seems to be a hole full of mould. I had a booking mad about 1 months ago and when I was about to do check in, I got a message saying that the room was overbooked and that they were going to cancel my stay - THANKS GOD - I hope you can fix your administrative and infrastructure problems as the management is not the best.

When I rented a room off flexistayz the apartment was tiny , sink was almost unusable, power points falling off the wall and not working , wall mounted table was falling off the wall as well. Cheaply built place that was definitely sub-divided to make quick and maximum profit, would highly recommend steering clear of cardigan st property.

Honestly the worst rental agency/company you could ask for. I asked for a contract before I could make a "holding deposit", but they wouldn't give me the contract until I made the deposit. They sent me the contract during the Christmas time when I was busy with work, uni, and family obligations. It took me 2.5 days until I read the contract as I was busy. When I read the contract I wasn't happy as I was also told different rules during the inspection. I said I didn't want to move in and asked for my deposit back but they wouldn't provide it. I sent them their legal obligations and rights to holding the deposit but they still wouldn't provide me with my deposit. Now I got to take them to small claims court. I'm confident I'll get the money back as I read all the legal requirements related to getting a refund of the "holding deposit" but wish I didn't have to as I'm still busy with writing my thesis. Worst customer service, and you only have to read majority of other reviews to understand this is a company not worth renting with. There's a reason why they got so many 1 star reviews across all their accounts. I'm pretty sure most people would provide them with 0 stars if it was possible.

Horrible experience. The places are dirty and many things have to be fixed. I have to ask for every single thing to repair or clean. The description of the places is not true with the reality (for 2 out of 3 properties that I had stayed in). In 62-64 O'Connell Street was too dirty to stay, with mould on the walls, showers heads not working properly and the kitchen poorly equipped that I had to I change to 1 Drummond Street (of course the host asked me to pay more, even though I was changing the room due to her non-fulfilments). The worst of all was the mice presence in the flat and unfortunately everywhere in the flat. This is the evidence that this property requires fixing, closing the holes, some investment and cleaning - but of course is better to take more and more money from guests instead of fixing anything at home and blame the mice presence on the guests. Check carefully the comments about the host - unfortunately I am not the first one to say about the mice problem or dirtiness - the answer of the host is copy paste all of the time the same.

Rented for my parents who were coming to visit,truly don't fall for their smoothly photoshopped photos. The premises is very filthy & they charge you for the concierge services promising that they would clean & look after the premises twice or thrice a week although the personnel responsible for that only shows up when they feel like and is not cleaned at all, the bathroom vents were filthy and walls smeared in stains, when asked they said a professional cle aner ismeant to come. They gave only 1 toilet paper for a 2 week stay and never came to clean. VALERIA IS A BOT AND SHE does not exist or replies the phone
