Winston Apartments

What a view from our apartment on level 55 - and from the one our daughter & family rented on level 63! The apartment had everything you needed and it was clean and tidy. The staff was amazing and very helpful and accommodating with a few requests we had. Nothing was too much trouble.The only negative was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.
Location is perfect being so close to Southern Cross Station and also the free city tram, and it was walking distance to most city places. We certainly will be looking at staying there again when next in Melbourne.

This is definitely one of my favourite places to stay in Melbourne. The views are spectacular the location is amazing. Parking in is included and a tram Stop at the door. supermarket across the road. Easy stroll to Docklands shopping precinct and Southbank. It is a quite area of Melbourne. Fantastic for families. Staff are very accomodating.

Great views of Melbourne and streets below. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Our apartment had everything we needed. Entrance was secure and the family felt safe. Plenty of information provided to help find your way. Really nice coffee shops directly across the road. You are in the heart and a short walk to Flinders Street and Southern Cross Station.
I will definitely return for a visit 😊👍

Great one night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment on level 55. Room was spotless with everything we needed including coffee machine. Rooms had great quality linen and sheets. Service at check-in and check-out was great. Great location for access the city.

Got really worried reading the bad comments but the experience was nothing like that. We got a room on level 52, and the view was out of this world. The room was clean, the elevators were usable. They notified the bond beforehand and released it on time. It only took less than 10 mins on tram to the CBD. There’s nothing else i can ask for, 100% will be back for my next stay in Melbourne.

We stayed over night at Winston apartments and I was honestly blown way at the view from our room! Tina’s customer service was above and beyond and she was very flexible with us!
The location is extremely close to southern cross and we were able to walk to anywhere we desired.
This was our first visits to Winston apartments but we plan on many more!

Prices were decent. Location is great, came for AO, there's a tram station right outside that leads straight to Melbourne park that was free. Also nearby southern cross station so luggage wasn't an issue. Lots of food around here too. Checking in was a little confusing, no clear signs pointing to the lobby but a quick call will direct you to the correct place. Service by Zoey and her colleagues were good, always a phone call away when we had issues with anything. Apartment was simple and clean, gym had basic but decent equipment, pool and jacuzzi were great though the sauna was a little faulty. Would recommend for location and price.

Stayed 2 nights and really impressed by the 2 bedrooms apartment, views, pool & spa
The lady at check in was great. They come down to pick you up from ground level and my son had a panic attack getting off the lifts on the 33rd floor. She was patient and gave us all the time we needed to get him to recover.
We also got on site parking for $30 per day
The location is also perfect, right in the heart of Melbourne
I would definitely come back!

Two bedroom. Great view of harbour and marvel stadium.
Heater was great. Facilities were pretty good

I only stayed one night and I was upgraded to a one bedroom deluxe apartment, the reception hours are limited but the staff are so helpful and friendly and the location is so convenient when you arrive at Southern Cross station from the airport

We stayed for 4 nights in Winston Apartments Melbourne and it was just perfect for our Melbourne trip. Location was just right as it's near the southern cross station, and the free tram station is just right across the hotel. Staff was nice and our late check-in was no worries as the staff was available for real time communication. Room condition was good too.
Thank you again for making our first Melbourne trip pleasant and comfortable. :-D

We stayed New year's Eve for 2 nights.our apartment on the 21st floor.The apartment was spotless when we checked in.We had a two bedroom apartment.We had a kitchen which was fully stocked with all untensils.It also has a washing machine and dryer. The views were stunning across the river . The beds were very comfortable. Lots of wardrobe space .we got lost on the way and the girls on reception were excellent they even rang me and gave me directions.which we were very grateful. The swimming pool and hot tub were excellent and very clean. We would definitely recommend and will stay again next time we visit from England. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

great location just cross the road from southern cross. got both mc and kfc downstairs for late night. nice and tidy room. view was phenomenal. great set up even with netflix intergrated.
front staff were friendly and patient. they guide us through check in and parking. good value for the location and easy transportation. will definitely visit again.

Had a great stay here. Central to everywhere we needed to go. The staff are friendly and the room itself was very clean and had a fantastic city view. Must try the pool and spa on upper level (have to book in time slots due to Covid). Highly recommended for a casual stay and perfect for business too. Will be back for sure.

Amazing views a perfect location, and just so convenient. Loved our week stay and will stay there anytime we go to Melbourne!

Great location on Collins St close to everything. Public transport, restaurants and all the best venues in Melbourne. Modern clean interior, fully functional kitchen and parking. Overall my favourite place to stay in Melbourne and if you don't mind the heights the views are second to none.

Great location, close to train station and with a tram stop just outside the door. Close to fast food shops and a Woolies is at the nearby station. Room was clean and well equipped and the views were good. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was good. Only complaint was that the windows were filthy on the outside, see photo. This would be outside of Winstons control but it spoilt the view. Recommended.

Our apartment was very clean and comfortable, excellently located right next to the free tram line which made getting around Melbourne very easy. The staff were very polite and accomodating and really made our trip so lovely! Could not recommend more enthusasiatcally !

Have stayed at Winston Apartments twice now and both times have been perfect. From checking in until checking out. Great position in the city close to everything. Excellent service and all modern conveniences. Will definitely be coming back.

My partner and i arrived late at night after 27 hour train journey and firstly self check in so easy and convenient then to be able to pay for stay next day just made everything so much easier. The beds were so comfortable to fall into after 27 hour train journey. The apartment was beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom couldn't have asked for better. The view on 21st floor was out of this world and loved the balcony. Dishwasher, washing machine ldryer and full kitchen with huge fridge was more than i could dream of. We came home from our hols with clean clothes instead of dirty 😁. Situated right across road is Woolies and bws and tram station just outside front door and best of all in city loop tram is free yey. Walking distant from pubs and shops at Dfo. This is the most amazing apartment and place for us is Winston apartments and we have so much still to see in Melboune that we will be backfor another trip soon. It was amazing and we can't wait to stay again 😁
