I visit here often whilst i'm in the city for work. The shop owner is a lovely person. There is never a day without friendly conversation! Would thoroughly recommend this place.

Convenient stationery store in the middle of many office spaces!

Friendly & efficient service.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Bought something and wanted a receipt. After taking my money, the man at the counter refused to issue one. He was so rude to me that other customers were shocked. Shouldn't be in business if the basics are too hard.

Not recommended. Dwindling magazine range, and if you spend more than three minutes browsing, you'll get kicked out (as I did). I agree with the "this is not a library" to a point, but this would have to be a world record. Needless to say, I'll never shop there again. There are nicer shops with bigger range (try W.H. Smith at Southern Cross, or near the Coles further along Spencer St).

This store has some of the most shocking customer service I've ever encountered. The owner was caught out lying and became excessively angry when they were called out on it. This included one lie being disproven with evidence in their own store. I will never do business with this store again, and strongly suggest you avoid it at all costs.

Terrible customer service. Rude, don't adhere to posted opening and closing hours. Avoid at all costs.

I hiked down here in the rain but it wasn’t open, even though I was within their claimed opening hours.
