We had a wonderful experience ordering flowers today; even though we called after the cutoff time for same day delivery, and the flower box we wanted was not available, the lovely staff acted quickly, put together a custom box and delivered locally. On top of that, this was all done within half an hour! The gesture was very appreciated: flowers can say so much. Really impressed and will definitely be returning. Well done! (pats for Rosie)

Jen is truely amazing. While I was turned down by 2 other florists for having a wedding on Valentines day, Jen was happy to help me despite being busy. At the time of order she showed me a variety of sample flowers and colours with different arrangements making sure I was happy with my flowers. Unfortunately due to new Covid restrictions my wedding was cancelled 1 day before I was meant to pick up my flowers. Not only she did not take payment for the flowers she had already picked up for me, she also sent me some very beautiful flowers to tell me that she was thinking of me. Very thoughtful! Can't wait to order my flowers with her again for my new wedding date! :)

Jen really went above and beyond to source and construct the perfect casket flowers for my grandmother's funeral. The flowers and service were exceptional, it was exactly what we asked for. We had beautiful white roses, better than any funeral service. Thanks so much Jen!

Called late on one of the busiest days of the year ( Mother's Day) dealt directly with owner, inspite of lateness, limited funds and unsavoury weather THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT DELIVERED ( in pouring rain) That afternoon. Exceptionally presented, extraordinary long lasting, beautifully and artistically arranged and in colours requested large bouquet. Thankyou it truly made my day and was enjoyed for many more despite lockdown and seperation from many loved ones.

Needed flowers last-minute and this was one of the few (if any) florists around open early on Sundays. I was looking specifically for white lilies, though unfortunately there weren't really any in bloom at the time. Shop attendant was very helpful and in the end, managed to find chrysanthemums instead.

We live in UK but we always contact Jen at Canterbury Road Flower gallery to send flowers to our daughter-in-law. We also visit the shop whenever we are in Melbourne. Their service and quality are superb.
