Aura on Flinders

Great apartment, we thoroughly enjoyed our stays at Aura Apartments. Our fully equip room was very clean and comfortable it just like a holiday at home everything was provided from soft crisp bed sheeting to dishwashing and washing machine and complete set of cutlery etc, they certainly think of everything.
The staff are also very accommodating, knowledgeable and eager to help.
We will definitely come back to our Room 706 :)

This is my go-to place for Melbourne. Best value for money by far!!! Great location, rooms with balcony have nice views and the staff are very friendly and relaxed. The intercom in the rooms are a real winner, saving a lot of hassle with ordering food and the laundry facilities in the rooms are a great bonus. Will be back!!!

Fantastic experience at Aura on Flinders. Rooms are always clean and bed is comfy. The location is great and very central to the exhibition centre and places to dine. As a business customer, we highly recommend this accommodation.

A must-go hotel in Melbourne. The rooms are pretty big, there’s wireless charging and a strong Wi-Fi for every floor, our receptionist was kind and friendly, the Gym is big and contains all sort of equipments, and we got a beautiful view of the Yarra River. Although it is a bit expensive and noisy due to the railway, I strongly recommend this hotel to those who want a good-quality stay on downtown!

I recently stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. I contacted the hotel to request a room on a high floor, they were very obliging. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the location of the apartment was perfect for walking around Melbourne. Aura on Flinders will be my go to accommodation when I travel to Melbourne in the future.

I’m at solo business trip here in Melbourne in early June 2023. This serviced apartment offers an extraordinary experience for my stay. The location is great, 2 minutes walk from Skybus terminal. 1 min walk to supermarkets and convenient store. Not to mention one of some few good cafes ‘hardware society’ and kebabs nearby. There’s gym facility which is way better than some local franchised gym. There is no swimming pool though. The view is great , can take a glamorous view on the river. 10 min walk to south Melbourne market where there are many good cafes. Last but not least, reception runs 24/7. Staff there is helpful, special thanks to an Asian staff called Leon. He assisted me with booking with ample patience. I have decided to stay for weeks again later in late June/ early July 2023.

We loved the location, the service was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were sufficient for what we needed - freedom to cook, and a place to relax. Beds was comfortable. The apartment had amazing city views. We would definitely go back!

Great apartment, super friendly staff and close to everything including transport

I stayed for one night with my 5 and 7 year old girls and we had a great time. Great location, close to everything, accomodating and friendly staff and excellent room and amenities. And what a view!

My friend and I came for a little girls getaway weekend. Loved the hotel, clean, convenient and the staff were amazing!, would definitely recommend and will be back again, especially if you’re on a budget if is very affordable. Not to sure why this place gets bad reviews when really they are just using the hotel to sleep, thumbs up for Aura❤❤

What a fabulous hotel! Close to everything. Easy walk to main attractions. Close to trams, rail and bus services. Exceptional view from room. 24th floor river views!! Lovely modern, clean apartment, one bedroom with balcony. Will definitely return. Thank you Aura!!

Just enjoyed another stay here. I've stayed at Aura on Flinders at least half a dozen times.
Something that has struck me is that they have no "bad" rooms. Most motels have bad rooms.. no view, no opening windows etc and you find this out after arriving. At Aura on Flinders every room has a view and every room has opening windows and most have a balcony.
I don't know if it's because I stay frequently, but almost every time I book I've been upgraded and they treat you like a returning friend.
Apartments have everything you need to be self sufficient.
Apartments are clean and comfortable.
Rangehood fans work well to eliminate cooking smells.
I look for excuses to return 😁

Stayed here for my Bday weekend was a great location, close to trams casino and DFO, great near by places to eat. Rooms clean and had all the things we needed. Great air con, everything worked well. Outside was bit dirty but not a major issue and we stayed on 19th floor. Weather ect. Front service people are very nice. Will stay here again for sure..

Room was nice and so were staff! Lady with the glasses and long brown hair who checked us in was so sweet and funny! Room was super chill also nice and clean. Didn’t have a balcony in my room but it was still a really nice view that I could see from my room. Also went to the gym which was really nice and had a really good session there. Overall it was just lovely there and I really really enjoyed it.

Rented an apartment for 5 months. Location is really excellent, staff were also very helpful. In essence, apartment has everything that you require. Apartment might not be very clean however since we were staying for long, it didn't matter much. There is also an event space beside the apartment which has parties on certain nights of the week and it is slightly audible however it was still tolerable for us. Overall, would recommend this place for a long-term stay due to its competitive price and good location.
