Lovely night out for my partners birthday. We went all out and boy was it worth it. We chose the chefs 7 course meal. Plus many many cocktails. Everything was high standard. Fresh. Flavourful. The oysters and the king fish with curry leaves were an absolute standout. Loved it. Favourite drink of the night: yuzu green tea cocktail

Stopped here on a whim for my birthday lunch with family on our first visit down to the Mornington Peninsula. Absolutely loved it. Best location, free & convenient parking, delicious food (share plate style), lovely service. A couple of nice vego/vegan options. 🌱

Such an amazing seafood restaurant located near the beach. All of the dishes that was served was on point, rich in flavour and balance. The view and atmosphere was so amazing, giving a good and chill vibes. I would definitely come back to try other dishes!

We've been coming here two to three times a year for special occasions over the last 4 years. Every time has been outstanding. The food is delicious, the views are gorgeous and the service is fantastic. Special mention to Chase who clearly has passion for his work, has incredible knowledge, treats all guests with kindness, and makes each visit special and memorable. We look forward to seeing the team again soon.

My partner and I came here to celebrate my 30th birthday. Service from the first moment of walking in till the end was impeccable. The food and view were just as amazing. Highly recommended giving this restaurant a try.

Absolutely amazing experience. We came for our wedding anniversary and felt so looked after. Staff are so lovely and accommodating to my food intolerance. We had the chefs tasting menu and was exceptional! Looking forward to coming back

Wow is all I can say top notch service with a steak which blew my socks away ,as I travel to the city for good steaks …the rocks right here in my back yard made me a Rib eye which was right up there with the best I have had .10/10
The flavours which came from the pair salad combined with the steak and the flavoured butter …wow !!

Wonderful place for a special occasion or that perfect drink looking over the water. Loved every meal and was very enjoyable.

Great location with views of the bay. The service was great, they catered for my dietary requirements - highly recommend the scallops = delicious - the eggplant tacos were a hit as well, they offered mine to be served in a lettuce leaf as a gf option, the barramundi was very soft & tasty. Can’t fault this restaurant, we will definitely be back!

We have just returned from another remarkable experience at The Rocks, which I truly feel inspired to share!
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted so warmly by our most gracious host Chase. This truly set the tone for a great afternoon.
We had a beautiful bench by the wall, but every table looks as inviting in this charming light and bright dining hall. The endless sea views is the cherry on top! Every meal was well priced and completely delicious! Wine options were great and reasonably priced options. Service was first class. Our waitress Anna was well trained, helpful, attentive and most pleasant.
The afternoon was rounded off by a personal introduction to the GM, Michael! This is clearly a well-oiled service machine - my whole family felt so welcome.
Such a perfect way to enjoy a luncheon afternoon. No hesitation sharing this gem. Thanks to all the team.

Had a fantastic evening at The Rocks - we tried eight different dishes and all were very good with the Barramundi and the poached peach being the standout.
The service was refreshingly excellent with very attentive and engaging staff.
We will certainly be going back

Friendliest wait staffs and people, fantastic food, great atmosphere, great music, this seafood restauramt is unbeatable. We were being treated very very well. The waitresses were very capable and delightful all the time. Extremely well done. The food was also nicely cooked.

Our dining experience at this seafood restaurant was truly satisfying! The male manager Cesare took excellent care of us, especially showing great friendliness towards Asian guests. The entire atmosphere was filled with warmth and hospitality, with the waitstaff being both professional and delightful. Here, you'll find the friendliest staff and patrons, fantastic food, a pleasant ambiance, and delightful music that together make this seafood restaurant unbeatable.

The waitresses were consistently capable and pleasant, and we felt incredibly well taken care of. The food was impeccably cooked, with each dish exhibiting exquisite flavors. Overall, it was an exceptionally successful dining experience, meeting high standards in service, cuisine, and ambiance. We had a wonderful time at The Rocks last week. The food was delicious and the dining room ambience was really lovely with the beautiful views and natural light. I had the fish special and it was divine! It was the perfect place to celebrate Dad's birthday! We were looked after by Tim (I think it's Tim? He said he had recently joined the team). He was so friendly and attentive. We really appreciated his thoughtfulness in advising the kitchen that we have an infant and therefore to have the food come out when it's ready. He went above and beyond for us, and it really made our day! We look forward to returning :)

Our favourite spot on the Peninsula - it didn't disappoint on our wedding day almost 10 years ago and it certainly didn't yesterday!

I sadly didn't catch his name but our waiter had an excellent demeanor plus the overall service was faultless.

The 'feed me' option of tapas style is a great chance to try multiple different seafood dishes.

The venue had plenty of room inside. I just wish they didn't jam us into the corner on top of ourselves and the one other occupied table.

It's worth the spend ✅

We had a great lunch here. Three entrees and the fish'n'chips mains. The kingfish entree was superb along with the equally delicious scallops. The calamari was also cooked to perfection.

We only had a little FOMO when we saw others get the seafood main which looked amazing, but we couldn't fit in another main after our fish n chips which had some really nicely battered fish.

The food came quite quickly and the setting was relaxing with friendly staff.

We were seated inside as no seats were available outside but it looks great out there with what appears to be an all-weather deck. Next time we will try and book earlier to get a spot there as it directly overlooks the harbour ramp with all the boats.

On a side note, we asked for tomato sauce with our fish n chips and as pedestrian as this may sound, best tomato sauce I've tasted! Its the small things ;)

If you’re into fine dinning experience but yet a casual place to hang out then The Rock is the place to be.
Exquisite taste of food, couldn’t pin out a favorite as they were all AMAZING. Even the service was exceptional, very friendly staff that are well acquainted about their menu.
Definitely coming back!
