KFC Prahran

Around 2am on Friday (16 February) I was served by a lovely young man who's name I'm not sure of unfortunately, but he was very friendly, and recommended a better value option for me. Much appreciated, he is an asset to your team; thank you! 🙂

Every time I come here, the food is so fresh, hot and cooked beautifully. The best kfc I've come across. The staff are always helpful when I want to replace an item for something else. Thankyou and keep up your great work!

i was served by a wonderful worker called finn, he took my order with such care and compassion it really made me feel like i was at home, as i previously lived in Kentucky before moving to melbourne. Finn really showed such great hospitality especially considering this is fast food cuisine, i really hope to see him at my next kfc escapade as he truly made it a very enriching experience, best KFC i’ve ever had finn truly made it with love. Thank you Colonel Sanders for employing him.

KFC fried chicken tastes good because it is formulated to taste good. Sure, they brag about their 11 herbs and spices, which is great, but that's not what you are tasting when you bite into some extra tasty crispy chicken it’s the love and care that the staff have put into every tasty morsel

Addictive atmosphere, top notch food and the service made me feel like I was the only person in the restaurant. I got the zinger box with the wicked wings, swapped the potato and gravy for just gravy, added two bread rolls and extra seasoning for on the chips. Will definitely go back!

Loved every bite!! Especially crazy for the gravy and dinner rolls as well as crispy chicken with super charged!!😍😍🥰

I won't be going there again because I was charged for 2 garlic aiolie sauces and another time I did not get my drink

I don’t understand the hate and low rating of this place… it’s open till early hours of the morning and every time I’ve been there, they’ve given me what I want (I usually order 5 pieces of chicken and request for all thighs, which they comply). Can be tricky to find parking nearby but this store is always reliable.

Went there and they forgot to give me something from my order which I realized when I went home. Upon contacting them I was promptly called up by the very kind manager (I assume) and she rectified the issue and gave me a voucher! Excellent customer service also good amount of seasoning on the chips

I entered into KFC specially at 4 pm I waited for a little bit until I was greeted by a guy called Jack he seemed nice. (Very friendly individual) Would come back, I think the food was fresh. Edit: ( Last friday)

Ordered with the KFC app and picked up in store. Very smooth experience.

The little girl today was nice. She used a separate bag for the cold coleslaw which was good. She was polite as well. Don't know her name but her attitude was great.

Chicken today was great as well, the original recepi was just perfect, very juicy, not very dry. Better than some nearby KFC stores.

The food is exceptional. Mr sanders took care of that before he passed. But )exi and Oscar? That was the highlight. Service with a smile and they put up with my nonsense the whole time. Give them a raise or at least a free large chippies

The staff here were so kind and helpful when I had an issue with my online order as I'd paid but it had requested the pickup instantly, 30 mins before I arrived. They were happy to remake my order fresh when I can only assume they had already made and thrown it out earlier.

It's good ! went there around 5pm ish today,staff members were polite, a bit shy,1 boy 1 girl at the front handle it well,I think it's great,give these kids who still at work some props 👏 😀, you guys did great today !

After being abused by a previous patron they still managed to stay cool and serve me in a friendly manner despite the eftpos machine also going down on them. They resolved the eftpos issue like absolute legends. Not to mention I always experience great service from them on normal days. 🔥🔥🔥

Had a couple of orders with them now. Chicken have been consistently good (not too salty) and the service was pleasant. Like someone mentioned here, they separate the cold and hot food. Great takeaway experience!

Massive thank you to Hang and her team for sorting out a very large order for 150 people in such a short amount of time. We ordered about 300 pieces of chicken at 11am and the prahran team had it ready by 1pm!!! Everything was fresh and delicious!
