Skyla was great last week helping me and my partner do an order from multiple other stores and going above and beyond to get it sorted. Store layout is nice to look at, good products. Will come back

Had the most amazing experience here yesterday. All the girls were so incredibly welcoming and helpful. My friend and I had Mirani I think her name was, and she was beyond helpful and really made us both feel so good in what we tried on. She really went above and beyond to make us feel special and cater our every need.
Every time I’m in Melbourne I’ll be coming back to shop here.

I was served by a girl named Scarlet or Skyla today, she was so amazing. Super sweet and made me feel really comfortable! This girl deserves a raise ! :)

Amazing customer support! Preiyankaa was really supportive and informative when me and my partner needed some questions answered regarding some of their products. Was no fuss to staff to order in another item as the one I purchased has a light aesthetic damage (as a result of how another store packed it). Very polite. Called me when it arrived. Held the item till I could come by.

Great customer service whenever I come in

I went in and spent about an hour trying to decide what to buy and the girl who helped me was so helpful and patient and even informed me of Afterpay which was great too !!! Overall great experience and customer service :)
