Ok that’s it, I can’t leave it. The staff there has the BEST customer service I have ever seen, from button of my heart!
I visited there after the lockdown, it was an extremely difficult time for retail as they were told to check everyone’s proof of vaccination. The staff there complied with the rules strictly, but had a way to make every single customer feel comfortable.
This Friday 06/05/22, I visited again, he was at the counter servicing customers ( again, you can alway get so impressed by his customers service skill). Suddenly, there was a fight outside of the shop, when everyone was curious and trying to get a close look, he grabbed the phone and reported to the security. Quick and calm. How amazing!

I was served by a worker named Nadzurah, and she was so nice. She had given me all the knowledge needed for the product i was looking for and seemed to enjoy what she does. The store was also clean and felt lively aswell. 100% would come when i need any plushies again.
