Platypus Shoes

Today I thought I'd check out items (slides) at the store I don't usually pop in at the store. Glad I did and had a great customer service experience with Nick. I purchased a few pairs. Customer service is not the same as was. Making it worse I was at another store prior that if a mystery shopper caught the attitude of the sales staff she'd be out the door. Nick and the beautiful lady with him this afternoon were good to serve the interest of the customer and the store. Never pushy. The ease of experience made the purchase quite smooth. That's a skill and twice more. Great staff are rare nowadays. Isn't it nice we gladly take notice of such experience that to write this review down feels so good. Thank you Nick.

Terrible customer care. Don't bother buying shoes from platypus..staff are extremely rude . Rebel is a much better option.
