Had a great experience shopping here for a new pair of boots for work. The staff member who assisted me was a true gem. He was super approachable , knowledgeable, patient and brought a really great vibe to the interaction and to the store. I’ll be back for sure.

there was a sweet and lovely service person by the name of niamh/neeve, and they said they worked at docs central so I hope this gets back to the manager but they were so lovely and it felt like I was shopping with a friend, they helped every step of the way and their work colleague who I didn't catch the name of was also so lovely, it's nice to feel complimented, even if it was a bit excessive, I still tried to accept as much of the nice comments I was given, thanks for the experience!

Went into this store looking to buy a pair of Dr Martens for the first time. Since I have no knowledge and never purchased Docs before, I of course had many questions and requests before spending big... and I could not have had a better customer service experience.

I was first greeted by Josh who was very warm, friendly and knowledgable and pointed me in the right direction to different options. My experience was then continued with Cody who was also extremely friendly, understanding and helpful. I had to try several different designs and different sizes to eventually get the right fit, but Cody (and Josh) attended to all my needs and were more than willing to keep going back and forth so I could be 100% comfortable before purchase. I think quality customer service (to this extent anyway) is getting harder to find nowadays, but there was no effort or hassle whatsoever for them to answer my several questions and help find the exact boot and size suited for me. They clearly love their job and are the exact people a customer wants to deal with!

A Massive Thank You to Cody (and Josh) for making my first experience a great one, and for all of your knowledge and patience and understanding! Would definitely recommend this store if I know of anyone interested in Dr Martens!

I bought a pair of Docs from Melbourne Central yesterday, and I have to say the staff there are the loveliest ever. It was very busy when I walked in and they had so much on the go, but the staff member who served me was super patient, helpful and sweet. I tried on about 5 different pairs and they went through all the info, care advice everything. I worked in hospitality for 16 years so good, genuine, service (especially when busy) really stands out to me.

Felt so alive and awake after walking out of this store! The energy in here is amazing, the staff were so accommodating and extremely friendly. They were able to help with everything we needed. It was quite busy when we came in but I could see how well they were managing everything and they even had time to chat with my sis and I. Thank you to the team - Josh, Mia, Clyde and the shorter one with painted black nails (sorry we didn't get to guess your name!) You guys made our day, thanks for the great service!! :)

The service at this store was PHENOMENAL!! I was served by both Josh and Stuart, who were so dedicated to ensuring I got my shoes (at the awesome sale price), Stuart even ripped his shirt during the run to retrieve them. Josh was super kind and helped me learn how to properly care for my docs and it was overall a really good experience.

I got served by Connie, she was extremely helpful and gave me advice on how to care for my shoes. Great service!

I had such a pleasant experience at this store today, there were three staff members on and they were all absolutely delightful. The staff member that served me (short black hair, with tattoos) was so informative and lovely. Very grateful and happy with my purchase 🙏

Awesome retail experience & the surest purchase I’ve made in a while! Thank you both!

Two guys working today were very outgoing and kind! Brings an amazing atmosphere to the shop. They didn’t have my size but one of the workers suggested I try the size down and they fit perfect! Love my Chelsea Quads! Thanks 😊

Called to ask about stock and Josh had the most enthusiastic greeting I've ever heard over the phone, but it was Niamh in store who made me want to leave 5 stars! Above and beyond helpful to find my perfect fit for my first pair of new Docs. Highly knowledgeable on how to care for them, break them in, and how to style them. You never realise how much good customer service matters until you run into people like Niamh!!
