This was my first visit to this salon and it was for a consultation and patch test to see how my skin responds to laser therapy. This is excellent because some people have bad experiences, so they make sure you can take it. Claire is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and as promised, she phoned the next day to find out how I had responded. Luckily it was okay. I would highly recommend this beauty clinic to anyone who wants a very clean, quiet atmosphere with well trained therapists.

Booking in for Brazilian waxing can be a nerve racking experience but the lady doing my wax made sure I was comfortable at every point, checking in and allowing me to relax! We had a laugh and such a nice chat. I can most certainly recommend this salon in a heartbeat. Already booked in for a follow up appointment 💕

Claire Francoise practices straight forward service and up to date professional treatments. I like the no-nonsense, but friendly assessment of my needs. Also, Claire is a breathing, live example of great skin! That in itself sold me on her services! Definitely recommended!!!!

Claire Francoise Skin & Body is a luxe oasis in the busy heart of Prahran/Windsor, very conveniently located on High Street but as soon as you step through the door you feel miles away from it! I had my first appointment there yesterday, a Brazilian wax with Claire, and it was completely painless, I was made to feel so comfortable. I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying some of the other lovely treatments...thank you Claire!

Claire is fantastic! Have been coming to her for over a year now and when I first went was dealing with a lot of spots and redness on my face. My face is so much clearer with her products and routine every day! Saw multiple dermatologists beforehand that were diagnosing me wrong and palming prescription creams off on me.
