As someone who doesn't know a lot about how PCs function, Tecs' staff have assisted me before, during and after computer servicing and purchase. They are all friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.

Their custom PCs are great and my first from their shop lasted me years! I am on my second PC from their shop and very satisfied with what they put together.

I will continue to use their shop for all my future PC repair/servicing and purchases. I can't recommend them enough!

I really appreciate how hard the team worked to help me out when my laptop malfunctioned right before I was leaving the country. They all went above and beyond and were super consistent with communication throughout, following up and investigating further when my issues continued after the initial repair. I bought a laptop from the guys at Tecs. Mostafa was respectful, helpful and gave me a great deal for my laptop. I returned a week later because I spilled a drink on my keyboard and Mostaga was willing to help me despite it not being covered under my warranty (no guarantees for other customers). The guys at tecs are top notch and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my electronics.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a l key sticking on my laptop and couldn't get it back on properly. Mustafa got it fixed in a matter of minutes. They even offered some old parts as replacement but didn't need that in the end! Thank you!

My laptop decided to make funny noises and couldn't turn on while I'm traveling for work. Went into the shop and the guy kindly had a quick look and resolved the issue right there and then. Very pleased with the help!

I am very pleased with the experience here for the last few days. Mostafa especially so patient with me spending time researching, answering questions in person and via phone calls, helping me test and set up the new pc, then landing a great deal at a fair price at the end that is just amazing and I'm so appreciative towards him and the store. This means a lot for a first-timer owning a pc and setting one up with no experience. Mostafa and staff at Tecs guided me all the way and ensured everything was in perfect condition before I bring it home.

I was in a rush to find anti-static bags for shipping microcontroller devices interstate. Nowhere in Melbourne had them. But they pulled together what they had and I bought it for a much discounted price.

They were a lifesaver in my time-limited situation. Not only that, their employees are fast, kind and welcoming.
