I ended up at The Baby Gallery by default as the closest drop off point for Pram Spa. I was roaming the car park with a busy toddler while waiting for the store to open, when Mary saw me and opened up early to allow me in. I dropped my car seat for cleaning then took a stroll through the store. What a gorgeous premises! Beautifully presented, spacious, so clean, great range of premium and popular brands. I picked up a few small things but will definitely be back for my next big purchase. Awesome selection of prams, car seats, furniture as well as all your bits and pieces. Mary was lovely to deal with, helpful but not pushy. The customer bathrooms were lovely and clean with a change table and wipes available. They’ve really thought of everything to appeal to a busy parent!!

Went to The Baby Gallery for the first time two weeks ago & received amazing service by Mary. She helped us with every enquiry we had and recommended the best options. We left there feeling happy with our purchases as we would always rather support a small family business. We were asked what we would like as a baby shower gift and we asked for gifts and vouchers from the baby gallery so we went back and purchased a car seat for our baby. Once again we received amazing service and she looked after us on prices as she did the first time (and she didn’t even have to). We are very much appreciative for your help and service. I highly recommend everyone to head into their store and check out their huge shop.

After being turned away by multiple other baby stores in the desperate hunt for a nursing chair and no stock anywhere, we were very pleased to have found somewhere that had a variety of choices in stock and told us they make sure they always have stock of things. Our baby was 6 weeks early and we needed something quickly. Delivery was that day a few hours later, the delivery man was extremely helpful and the girls in store were all very helpful. The store is quite large with a lot of different options and variety of brands and I wish I had have visited sooner!

Outstanding customer service received from Mary at The Baby Gallery. Not only did she communicate efficiently with us, she was polite, caring and went out of her way to ensure we were aware of all of our options for a product that is currently out of stock country wide. We have been trying to find this product in a number of baby stores around VIC, however not once did we have someone provide this level of service. Would definitely recommend this store & Mary to all our family and friends. 10/10.

I was seeking a particular travel stroller and had purchased online from an interstate competitor. They kept delaying, quoting supply issues, however their communication was slow and I became frustrated when they had my money for over 7 weeks and the product was at least another 4 weeks from being available. I sent an email to Baby Gallery and Mary responded within hours (on a busy public holiday)! She couldn’t get the item I was after, however she informed me of a similar product at the same price point that sells better than the one I was chasing. I happily requested a refund from the competitor and purchased the recommended product from Mary. I am blown away by her kindness and efficiency. I will now look to Baby Gallery first for future purchases. Thanks Mary, you are a legend!

This is your one stop baby store. It stocks every brand of pram you will want to look at. No need to shop around. I went to these lovely ladies to purchase a travel pram and they went through all the options with me (actually took their time and not pushy). We were able to look at the three we were considering YoYo zen, baby jogger and Bugaboo butterfly. We purchased the Butterfly and handle bar. Highly recommend and would definitely travel over again from the north to make a purchase!

The customer service is exceptional. We purchased all our baby products from here. Mary Is a superstar and went above and beyond when she came in on her day off so they we could purchase a travel pram before a very last minute overseas trip. I purchased the Owlet baby monitor yesterday and not only I received exceptional customer service from Mary and the team they showed genuine care. All staff had a wealth of knowledge and took the time to explain the different products available. My husband and I visited the Baby Gallery over the weekend, with no intent on making any purchases, as it is still quite early for us! We simply wanted some more information on products we liked/needed and thought we would have a ponder. We've been to a few stores and not one of them matched the ace service we received from Helen at the Baby Gallery! She was thoughtful, helpful, and super patient. Been here a couple of times now. The service is always on point. They are helpful, friendly and very informative. Needed to get a car seat fitted in and was misinformed in terms of whether I needed to make a appointment or not. However the lady at the counter said no problem and accommodated us.

Dion, who was fitting our carseat was excellent. She fixed it in a jiffy and gave us some useful tips around how to use it. All in all great experience and would definitely recommend this place.

We chose The Baby Gallery for the very first time to purchase all our baby furniture and accessories. We were overwhelmed and amazed with the amount of products and brands sold in the very one store. Need to say that it was a much better experience than shopping at your typical franchise store that has limited and stock standard products.

We were assisted by Manal who has over 15 years of experience in the industry and who could relate to what we wanted and understood my wife and I all the way. She was able to explain in detail how the items we chose would best suit our lifestyle and not just purchase your typical stereotype starter pack. Manal was able to articulate and detail all the finer details of our items and reassured us that it wasn't a set and forget, but a life long relationship. She was able to share her very own journey which was very comforting.

The Baby Gallery is our go to shop, the products are amazing, the service is beyond great, and Manal and the team at TBG are like family. Mary (the owner) helped us during covid, organised a delivery driver and exceeded our expectations.

Amazing store with great range. The baby cots are especially cute! The staff here are so helpful, Anita especially helped us so much today was so informative and supportive. We came in to browse but ended up buying everything for the baby because she explained how the pram works converts same as the car seat and cot. Amazing job great service!
