Aldi never too busy licenced to sell spirits wine etc.Good Asian shop.Coles .Bakery ,chemist ,cheap shop post office.Cafe and 3 others sell food Large seating area.

A beautifully presented shopping centre with a clean food hall offering a variety of seating options. Nice food, plenty of convenience stores, happy staff, relaxing music to listen to whilst brousing and shopping. Convenient car park with ability needs parking.

For a smaller shopping complex, this one is great! A decent amount of parking with plenty of grocery, food and small goods options. Lakes shopping centre boasts and Aldi, Coles, post office, chemist & a reasonably large food court given the size of the whole centre.

For homegoods options there is a small discount store and two op shops to choose from. No target/big W/Kmart but this makes Lakes a great place to go for weekend shopping because it's usually a fair sight quieter than its larger counterparts at Cockburn/Bull Creek.

If you're looking for beauty store options, Lakes has a nail salon, massage shop (and I highly rate the massages there) and a hairdresser/barber to boot. I wasn't super impressed with my hair colour when I recently had my hair dyed there as it wasn't even close to what I had requested, but the stylist was super affable and beyond apologetic at the end result. My haircut was nice enough, and my partner's haircut from the barber outside was passable (in his words). I've had my nails done at the nail salon inside and have always been happy with the end results there.

Many take-out options dot the outside (dominos/KFC/HJs & some smaller independent restaurants) and a fuel station is close by. If you're feeling guilty after endulging in a cheeky burg there's also a 24 hour gym that you can visit.

Anyways, the TL;DR of it is that I'm a fan of this centre. Is smol but good.

Good selection of shops and a foodcourt with a small selection of food available. Great place for your grocery shopping.

Lovely shaded (sails) parking that is accessible for people of all abilites. Lovely little shopping centre that is clean and well run.

Nice shopping centre. Has Aldi, Coles as well as Pizza Hut, Subway, a food court, Liquorland, butcher, chemist, a variety store, Optimal Pharmacy/Lotto agent, Salvos, Good Sammys as well as HJ's, KFC, a gym, barber, hairdresser, nail salon, Daycare. A service station across the road.
And it is on the bus route along Stock Road.
The only drawback is that there are not enough ACROD parking bays I think there 4. It has wheelchair access.

Lovely selection of shops, the bakery has incredible pies and Sausage rolls. The staff in all stores are amazing. They're like family.

Great community shopping centre - Coles, Aldi and variety shops for day to day shopping, good op shops and the best char kway teow available at Noodlers Noodle Bar for when you have finished your shopping!

Lakes centre is a local shopping centre which is got a fantastic community vibe... its such a shame that the newsagents had to close due to increased rent.. this is something that is lost at this shopping centre.

The bakery, the butchers there is the place to go.

Lakes has a wide range to offer... plenty of parking and the spaces are a good size for family’s etc. we can go there eat in the food area get our food shop as well as have a look at some clothes and pharmacy as well as the gym and a bulk bill GP!

Easy parking great variety of shops for a small centre. Friendly helpful staff. Great Salvation Army shop, and Good Sammy's. (My favourite shops apart from the Anglican Of shop in Berrigan)

Small local shopping centre complex which contains both Coles and Aldi supermarkets, Butchers shop, Liquorland, Amcal Chemist, Discount Variety Store, Post Office, Newsagency, Travel Agent and several takeaway food options including Chinese, Sushi and the BEST kebabs! External shops attached to the complex include a Subway, Pizza Hut & Dominos. There is a mens Hairdresser, Lawyers, Childcare centre, 24hr gym, TAB, Good Sammys and a Salvo's.
A Hungry Jacks and KFC are also there.

This is a very good well connected to n within their community, very good for health n general information, staff are friendly and helpful yes very respectful towards who ever enters their building.

Used the Optimal Pharmacy, as always very happy smiling staff, excellent good service, it amazing how they remember everyone's name, it always make U feel special 😊😊😊

Very nice local shopping centre. There are Coles, Aldi, local grocery, local butcher, Domino pizza, few places where you can have lunch and comfortable eating area.

I love this shopping centre. The staff who work there are so friendly. I always enjoy my visits there and catch up with lovely friends there.
