Best doctors practice ever!!!! All the doctors are wonderful and very thorough. Doesn't matter which doctor you see, they all check your profile and history to find out what has been happening and if there is anything outstanding. Been seeing Dr Vincent Wei of late and he seems to be able to make me relax. He is absolutely wonderful and at times makes me laugh.
The other services at the practice are really good as well.
The reception team are very welcoming and helpful.
I highly recommend Myhealth M-City to everyone.

I was confused about the location on Google Maps, so, dropping the way description in here! Enter through the Pharmacy 4 Less and take the lift to floor M!

Book appointment online, carry healthcare card and credit card for the gap payment if you have an overseas health cover! You need to pay $30 for your pocket and remaining will be covered by your insurance.

Reception and doctor were welcoming and elaborated everything clearly and answered all the queries patiently.

I must admit to all reading this, Dr. Nathan Engel & Dr. Sanil Nair are excellent practitioners. They are doctors who have good intent for their clients. They are trustworthy doctors. As for the receptionists, they are as professional & kind as can be. I recommend to all, consider this particular clinic.

Dr Nathan is fantastic. My whole family see him now. Very caring, knowledgeable and mostly on time. Basic care is hard to find these days and I’m so happy I finally have a doctor I can trust.

I've been seeing Dr Engel for a few years now, we have followed him to Myhealth Clayton. He understands my health needs and is always thorough in what I need so i will keep going back to him. My family are Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander, Dr Engel has always been culturally sensitive as well.

This clinic addresses multicultural background of local communities really well, from services to products it provides. I have seen Dr Alex and Heidi, they both professional and easy going persons. Definitely recommend if you like a modern clinic environment

I have been going to Myhealth M-City Clayton Clinic for the last few years. I usually go to Dr Alex Mu for my medical consultations. It has always been a very positive and pleasant experience. Dr Alex Mu is very patient, medically very knowledgeable and experienced and up-to-date with medical information and medical practice. He listens to my medical concerns and addresses each and every one of them patiently and he is very reassuring. I am very happy with the professionalism of the clinic (the entire team must be commended on that) and I will always go back to them.

Competent, confident and caring. Excellent follow up and explanations are clear and concise. Dr Rowais is compassionate and an excellent doctor. Reception staff are professional and welcoming. Would highly recommend this practice.

Professional but more so passionate. Not always searching for a quick dollar, like your average doctor out there! These people are more healthcare focused than money focused.

Been coming here for 4 years, absolutely exceptional doctors. Our GP doctor Heddi is amazing and when she’s not in the other doctors are also great.

A friend referred me to Dr. Heddi at a time I didn't even know this clinic existed. I'm glad she did because this place is outstanding. From short wait times, if any, every time I've been, to friendly and professional admin staff at reception, and a very clean and calming environment, all conveniently located right near where I work.

Dr. Heddi Rowais is amazing in all aspects. Super friendly, exceptionally professional, and I can tell she genuinely cares about the health and well-being of her patients. Honestly, she's the best! Bless her.

She always goes out of her way to follow up with any and all concerns you may have, and this isn't something I'm used to with some other clinics I have attended that's for sure. She's an absolutely amazing doctor, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of care she provides.

Never had such a good experience with a family doctor who is not only extremely knowledgeable, a great communicator, and takes his time to explain things, but Dr Alex Mu has demonstrated much empathy and genuine concern for his patients, far beyond any other general practitioner I’ve come across. My son and I both see him and I’ve been so impressed with his bed side manners, especially when dealing with some very tough medical queries we had about my son when other GPs had been dismissive and unhelpful. The clinic staff are also very helpful and kind. Highly, highly recommended family practice.

Dr Nathan is an amazing family doctor. I had been recommended so many family doctors in the area and Nathan’s approach has been both holistic and caring. Relevant to the times of medicine and care now.

went to the optometrists because of an irritated eye, within 30 mins the doctors had Identified I had metal in my eye and removed it, and I was on my way problem solved all bulk billed, I couldn't be happier! great service

Ellen at EZ Optometry is amazing! I highly recommend her for her excellent diagnosis, due diligence, expertise and her friendly attitude.

Knowledgeable and friendly doctors! Spacious and comfortable waiting area with a physio and pharmacy in the same building which makes it convenient. Also easily accessible and free parking.

They are just the best! Spent a lot of trial and error trying to find a good doctor in the area that was taking on new patients and so glad I found this clinic! I have young children also and they always fit them in if there is an emergency that doesn’t require hospital attention, even work through lunch breaks sometimes. I prefer my doctor Nathan Engel however I have seen pretty much all of them and they are all very professional and great doctors. I highly recommend this clinic! Especially if you have children.
