I bought a watch that was supposed to come with extra links. The watch was excellent, but no links. I contacted the store, They looked and found the links and very quickly express mailed them to me. They were excellent in their handling of this and the shipping of the original watch was very fast. I hope to do business with this excellent store again in the future.

There was an item online that was not available for postage. However, I spoke to Nick, & he was fantastic in his assistance. He adapted the listing to make the item possible for purchase, & kept me up to date on when I could make the purchase.
The item was sent swiftly, with all tracking notifications, & very well packed.

Went here today to return a faulty product. They took it back and gave me new one without any issue. The shop assistant (Adam) was bloody amazing. The staff behind the counter (chick with a blonde fringe and guy with bright red hair) were friendly and cool. All round top experience,

I'm not super into the whole short term loan side of things, but the video game section for semi modern games is good and the prices are really low for some great games. The online click and collect is also really smooth and managed well.

Burwood East is a smallish store on the schemes of things to be honest they definitely have bigger stores in the Cash Converters Company, EG Parkdale, Glenroy and so fourth but that doesn't mean in a small store you can find some gems among the rough.

Buys Counter - Naomi is friendly and always up for a chat and knows here products and always willing to have a chat with you with out a doubt and is happy to work with regular customers to get to the prices they need, Chrissy is awesome and friendly and always fair in her prices as well and willing to chat. They respond to there what's it worth in a decent time frame to be honest for what's it worth.

Retail Floor: Neat and tidy and well arranged for the most part to be honest as well as a small store can be arranged to be honest and frank. Prices on most of their items are fairly decent and then some certainly do need improvement as well to be honest and that's a fact but you can always haggle. Jayami is always friendly and professional and willing to help you out, Nick is friendly and professional and has good product knowledge and always willing to have a chat.

Webshop: Can't find what you want in store? then click your way to webshop and that's a fact Burwood east run a very well operated webshop and the operator Wayne is fair and reasonable and always responsive to messages.
Andrew the store manager is fair in accepting offers that the normal staff can't accept and I have no issues with Andrew.

Bought an item via their online webshop. Transaction was easy, item arrived fairly quickly and was far better than I expected. Top marks :)
