Had a great service experience. Our sales rep, Aaron, was incredibly helpful in helping us find the part needed for my PC build. He was very informative, helpful, and honest about what would be most useful for my situation without trying to upsell on something unnecessary. He also pointed us in the right direction for future upgrades. When that time comes, we will make sure he's on shift to help us out.

Scorptec Clayton is a great place to go for all you gaming and computer needs. Their setup in the store is extensive with many interactive pc’s racing sims and mechanical keyboards setup ready to go. The customer service was very high and all the staff were very friendly. If your looking to buy something not stocked by everyday retailers, this is the place for you.

Great store to buy from, i order online and nearly always deal with these amazing people when ordering. Great customer service and service reps. I’ve bought all my equipment for my computer through here and haven’t had any issues. I would recommend here to anyone who needs anything computer related.

Well done guys, I ordered a new custom build pc and needed it asap for work and they got it all ready in 24 hours. When I called I spoke to vincent and he guided me through the process over the phone making it so easy to order. Great customer service from order to pickup.

Great shop, friendly staff, and the manager were super nice. He helped with decisions to make me feel confident in my choices and showed an in-depth understanding of his experience with computers.

Car park can be a bit small but there is plenty around. Doors open automatically, so be careful.

I've used Scorptec exclusively for my computer part purchases over the past few years and have never had a problem. Their site works well for click and collect and order fulfilment is done promptly.

Convenient to order your tech needs online. Receive an email when it is ready to collect. Roll up and park outside and staff are efficient and helpful.

I was reminded today why I have been dealing with Scorptec for a good few years. I had a problem with a portable hard drive, they fixed the issue in no time. They are friendly, polite and very efficient and pricing is reasonable. I will continue to use only them for my computer needs, even If I move away from the area, and I will continue to recommend them to any one who asks, tks guys

I've had a bit of a warranty nightmare with a headphone purchase from almost a couple years ago; Logitech gaming headphones were faulty about a year in, then the warranty pair also ended up faulty after a couple months. Scorptec were very understanding and had a pretty quick turnaround testing the headphones each time. They also allowed me to get the third pair a different brand after repeated frustrations with Logitech and were able to recommend a good quality replacement. They definitely know their stuff here.
I'm looking to build a new PC soon and they're first on my list for decent prices and support that doesn't talk down to you. Thanks guys 👌

Great local computer store. Friendly staff and even suggested an alternative to what I was after saving me money.

The foyer looks a little empty, could do with a few displays or seating , maybe coffee / tea station? But that's nitpicking. You can't go wrong.
