Clean and spacious shop, and the young lady is friendly and courteous. I haven’t seen any cheesecake shops in the city, so I’m happy to spot one near the tram stop after visiting Queens Park 😊

Ordered my daughters first birthday cake here. The staff are amazing - very friendly and helpful, and turned it around within just a few days. Massive plus - ordered the chocolate mud cake - OMG - it’s the tastiest cake I’ve ever eaten. Light but rich and indulgent, it’s perfectly balanced. Even after a week in the fridge it tastes just like it did on day one. Can’t recommend this team enough.

Staff are fantastic and helpful the cake I had was delicious.
I am addicted to the black Forest cake and I think this store was the best one I purchased. I have tried different stores but this was the best by far totally worth 5 stars. Also was able to accommodate my vegan friend and answer any of her questions easily as the counter staff member was very knowledgeable.

One of the best custom cake service in Melbourne.... we live in Eastern suburb but chose them over many places as they were very professional, quick and the cake was delicious. Recommend them highly.

This shop is run by a beautiful lady inside and out. I’ve purchased cakes here multiple times and the last time I got Belgian mud cake Which was perfect in every way. She is very kind and shopping here is an absolute pleasure. I will definitely go back and have recommended this shop to my friends.

I can’t thank Mary enough!!!!
We were having a melt down as a customised cake we had put in an order for with another Cheesecake Factory for a 3rd birthday was made on the wrong date. We placed it for the month of January but on their end, they had it for December!!! So on the day, we didn’t have a customised picture cake for birthday boy.
So many things were going wrong that day that the party had almost been called off.
I phone around to a few local Cheesecake factories, explained the situation and Mary was the only one that offered to help!!!
She asked me to come in so I could choose accordingly and within not even 10 minutes, we had a Batman cake. With so much care and a smile on her face!!!
Honestly she saved the day and I couldn’t thank her enough! Couldn’t have done it without her. Not all superheroes wear capes!!!
Will now happily be a returning customer to the Moonee Ponds franchise here on out :)

Ps. Cake was absolutely delicious and looked beautiful! Mary put her own little touch to it with decorating and we couldn’t be happier with her service!!

Ido not only love the taste of the cakes they make, but also I love the staff that they are very friendly and helpful. I suddenly dropped my cake just few steps out of the store which was terrible but a guy from store helped me to clean my clothes and gave me a new cake that made me feel so happy after that awful moment:)

I have been buying cakes from here for years for birthdays and have never had any issues. Cake has always been fresh and made to exactly what I ordered. Staff very friendly and helpful too !!

They serve a variety of flavours and topping, loved the cookies and cream flavoured cake with custom writing. Also loved the thick chocolate pieces placed on the frosting.
