Revitalize

Can't speak highly enough about the team at Revitalize, they are fantastic. Alicia has designed an exercise program just for me and she motivates and supports me to achieve my goals.I would recommend them to anyone wanting to improve both their fitness and health.

Really enjoy my weekly sessions at Revitalize. Alicia's programs are always interesting and challenging and get changed up regularly so there is never a chance to get bored. Always feel like I have worked hard which provides a great sense of satisfaction and am pleased when some exercises become easier as I get better at doing them. Keep up the great work everyone.

The team at Revitalize are just the best. They are the most helpful, supportive, passionate and genuinely caring people. Alicia who takes my sessions is awesome, making me want to come back. I have an individual program which gets changed up every few weeks to keep things interesting and to help me keep improving me.

I enjoy my weekly session with Liz at revitalize pilates studio. I enjoys all of my exercises and and the practitioners make it really fun each time I attend. I also find it very convenient to get there.

Visiting these sessions have helped my lower back pain immensely. Liz and the team are all very skilled and detailed when it comes to providing a session tailored to my health needs and goals.
