The front desk staff are amazing. From the moment I walked in they were friendly and welcoming. I saw the physio Pete for the first time and he really knows his stuff. I have also consulted drs there and each one has listened to me and ultimately helped me. Highly recommend.

Doctor Luke Carter is the best doctor in the world. He cares about me and it’s never just an appointment. He actually cares about my health. I am grateful to have him as my doctor.

Amazing services by the reception staff and the doctors. I was a new patient, receptionist explained everything to me where the toilets are, how many doctors, booking and cancellation policy. The doctor I saw very good, took time to listen to my issues. Everything was very professional.

The best clinic I have ever been to. Doctors are understanding and helpful and always follow through, reception is great and always help when needed. Keep up the good work. I have bad anxiety and the clinic always is extremely helpful. Seen a few other clinics on the past who just don’t seem to care.

Love this clinic. The whole family uses it since arriving in Mount Eliza three years ago. It has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the Doctors are fantastic. Highly recommended.

My family has been coming to this Clinic since 1981 and we have all been treated with exceptional care. At various stages I've been seen by nearly every one of the doctors both past and present. Now I have ongoing health issues so i am a constant customer. I see Dr Luke Carter who is an amazingly caring doctor with a brilliant bedside manner. Yes we sometime have to wait way past our appointment time but they're treating sick patients not sitting around having cups of tea. I also find the nursing staff to be kind caring and polite but once again if you are rude to people they will treat you the same way you treat them. I do wish that they would bulk bill us pensioners who possess a Health Concession Card as ill health becomes very expensive.

I first met Dr Kelly Vlamakis, fifteen or more years ago at another clinic. When she left there, I thought I had lost one of the best and most thorough doctors I had ever encountered, however due to a serendipitous meeting with a third party, I rediscovered Kelly at the Village Clinic, Mt Eliza. I don’t live there, but I would travel even further to attend that clinic. All the Village Clinic doctors I have consulted at various times have been great and all extremely knowledgeable in their particular interests. It is lovely to walk in the door and be greeted by name by any member of the staff. This is a warm and community minded clinic that I can’t recommend highly enough.

Patients at the Village Clinic are extremely lucky to have such an outstanding group of doctors, nurses and receptionists caring for them. My family and I have visited the clinic for the past 13 years and the staff have unfailingly treated us on every single occasion with great care, professional diligence, kindness and respect. Dr Bill Kerlidis is a gifted diagnostician who always treats his patients with kindness and consideration. Dr Kelly Vlamakis is an warm, empathetic professional who provides not just medical but also emotional support to her patients. All the doctors at the Village Clinic appear to be bound by the same ethic of caring professionalism. I have seen most of them over the years and admire them enormously for their dedicated and tireless commitment to their patients.

Doctor Luke Carter is so easy to talk to. Every concern you have is listened to carefully and given attention right away. I have been going to the Village Clinch since I was a child. Now my children are going there. This truly is a family clinic and Doctor Luke is a great family doctor.

My family has been attending this clinic for over 20 years. Dr Kelley Vlamakis and Dr Bill Kerlidis have been amazing doctors as have others at the clinic. They have supported our family through many illnesses and personal challenges with the utmost professionalism and care. I can't recommend them enough (& have done so).

I've been going to the Village Clinic for 14 years. The first doctor I saw was Kelly Vlamakis. In all my 54 years and through all my health issues I had never experienced such caring and thoughtful diagnosis and follow-up. I couldn't wait to tell my wife that I'd just met our new family doctor. After a few consultations with Kelly, she referred me to her husband Bill Kerlidis and he has given me a vastly improved knowledge and appreciation of my health, and a real understanding of preventative health. It took Bill much time and effort to convince me to take the steps necessary to change the bad habits that were causing my ill health, but he persevered and now I am free of obesity, diabetes, sleep apnoea, gout and hypertension. I cannot praise Bill or indeed all of the doctors I've seen at the Village Clinic highly enough. A huge thank you to Bill, Kelly and the team.

Lovely staff particularly the nurses providing flu and covid vaccinations. Timely and professional.

Have been my go to place for all my body needs. Dr Nandra and his colleagues and staff are wonderful. Dr Nandra has kept this 1950's model body going for many years.
