GAZMAN Warrnambool

My family and I were isolating at home, waiting for our Covid 19 test results, and it was my husband's birthday. I had no cake, gifts, card or dinner organised for my husband and so rang the Warrnambool Gazman store to order a linen shirt so that my husband would have a gift to open on his special day.

The lady that I ordered the shirt from (Kelly) offered to drop the shirt to my home after her shift that day. She also asked if there was anything else we needed like a cake or food - we had friends helping with that but I was blown away by her kindness as we had never met Kelly before!

When the beautiful gift box was delivered to our front door Kelly texted me to let me know it was there. When I opened the door there was a MASSIVE surprise box of chocolates for our family to enjoy with a sweet note.

My husband opened his gift that evening and at the bottom of the gift bag was ANOTHER box of chocolates!

We were absolutely blown away by the thoughtfulness and kindness shown to our family. Thank you so much Kelly - we were so spoilt yesterday by friends and family, and especially by you.

I rang the Warrnambool store on Sunday the 6th of Feb I can’t remember the ladies name that I spoke too. I was after a pair of linen shorts & she confirmed they had them she was so helpful I paid for them & the delivery to Geelong she sent them on the Monday & Tuesday morning they arrived at my front door . I Just wanted to say a big thank you to you for being so helpful it was very much appreciated . As on that same day we called into the Echuca store on our way home from a weekend away . As I was after a certain colour in the shorts I asked the girl if she had them & she had a look & said no they didn’t . I asked if she could check if any other stores had them she looked it up & told us 2 places that had them . I said can we purchase them & pay for postage she said umm I’m not sure if you can do that ! Just goes to show that some people have it in them to go above & beyond & some simply just don’t 😩 Thanks again to the Warrnambool store you are an amazing person 😊

Trying to buy clothes with my partner can be very "trying" but staff here was very friendly, he bought 2 pairs of trousers and he is really happy with them....
