What an amazing experience. The service and expertise created a wonderful memory. Francesca is amazing, she knows how to match a gown to your body type and personality. When I wasn't sure between 2 dresses (1 from another store there was no pressure to buy their gown). I had a large group with me and she knew how to block out extra noise and see what I liked. I would recommend to everyone.

Had the most incredible experience at the Brunswick store. The staff are honest, lovely and just easy to deal with. I went into my appointment with a vision of what I was after, and I ended up falling in love with the dress that the sales assistant had chosen for me. She really listened to what I was after and chose a dress that really suited my body type. I also got my alterations completed through them, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. The whole experience was completely faultless, highly recommend!

My first appointment with Nadia is great! I have visited several stores and she is definitely the best one. She cares about finding the right beautiful dress for you on the day and never pushes you to purchase, feeling like a family to guide you. She is a lovely and friendly person and she always listens to you. I strongly recommend her as the stylist.

I had my appointment with Aldo, he took the time to understand what style I wanted and also added in a few dresses he thought would look great on me (which I was so surprised by, and glad he put them on me)

I went to Raffaele Ciuca Bridal in Brunswick and the customer services is nothing but AMAZING. This was the very first bridal store I went to. I did go to one other bridal shop and the customer service was awful. The staff member who helped me in Raffaele Ciuca was Theresa and she definitely was the reason I was hell bent on finding a dress in Raffaele Ciuca. She was patient, honest but very professional. Theresa did everything professionally possible to make sure I found the dress of dreams. I am a plus size girl and I tried on a dress which was a size 10/12, I am a size 16/18 and I immediately fell in love with it. I also fell in love with another dress and she made sure I got the best of both dresses with the help of Aldo who sketched the dress of my dreams right in front of my eyes in 5mins. The attention to detail was definitely 10/10 thanks to Aldo. He made it look and seem really effortless to create the masterpiece that he designed, I am forever greatful. Aldo took his time hand stitching the lace onto my dress. Aldo and Theresa are professional geniuses. Thank you so much to both of them, I absolutely still love my dress months after my wedding.

After my gown purchase at Raffaele Ciuca in Armadale, I urged my friend to visit, and she too found a stunning dress with an overskirt. Inspired by her choice, I decided to add the same option to my dress. Aldo, an exceptional staff member, effortlessly guided me through the process, even predicting my preferences within minutes, he’s a machine at what he does. With his help, I purchased a veil and the overskirt on that day. Then came the alterations, led by Luana and Tam, who were nothing short of miraculous, they are truly magicians. Despite my initial doubts due to significant changes that I wanted to make to the dress, they worked tirelessly to ensure perfection. Their work had my mum , sister and I in tears after seeing the vision come to life ! Thanks to the entire Raffaele Ciuca team, particularly Nadia, Carmela, Luana, Tam, and Aldo, I am going to look like a literal princess on my big day ! I honestly cannot thank them enough , their expertise and dedication made this experience truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend that if you are getting married soon and are in search of not only the perfect dress but the perfect experience too , then you should head on over and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about .

My journey of dress shopping started in July and Raffaele Ciuca was my first bridal shop experience, boy did it set the bar high. My stylist was Francesca and after my appointment, I feel everyone needs a Francesca in their bridal Journey, she was absolutely incredible. I tried on dresses I loved the idea of as well as ones suggested by her, the floor was open to my thoughts as well as everyone's separately and she was incredible and left the whole experience, fun exciting and structured so it wasn't overwhelming. She was very proffesional, she really knows her stuff and gave my fitting a personal touch. Needless to say, I left later that day with a dress perfect for my shape and personality.

Once my dress was ready I flew from Alice Springs and entered the alterations domain and Rosa was amazing! Again I felt like a million dollars during my fitting and Rosa was very proffesional and a master of her forte. My dress was ready within the week I was there and I have left a very happy bride to be.

From start to finish my entire experience with Raffaele Ciuca was outstanding and a brides dream. Thankyou thankyou for providing such a wonderful experience and the staff here really are the best of the best.

Over the past weekend, I was able to officially “say yes to the dress”!
