I cannot recommend Belle et Blanc enough!
This was the first bridal dress shop I walked into on my hunt for the perfect wedding gown.
From the moment I entered with my mini entourage we were greeted warmly and made to feel very comfortable.

Anna looked after me and I cannot express to you enough how helpful she was. Additionally she made me feel so beautiful!

The Ruby Gown I wore on my wedding day was GORGEOUS!
If I were to do this all again, I would still choose Belle at Blanc!

To Rose, Donna & Anna, Our first visit was super warm we were received by Anna your sales associate who was caring, attentive and really understood the brief of the wedding dress. She conducted herself so well and made the experience extremely special. Tears were definitely shed. Donna & Rose spent a lot of time and were very accommodating with the multiple visits and communication. Alterations + customisation was really well thought out and executed. And the Viel with the small pearls and long train made it that more special. Thank you for your time, kind service, and overall experience. Would highly recommend. You've made a little girls dream into reality. <3

Donna and the team at belle et blanc are amazing! Honestly cannot recommend Belle et Blanc Bridal enough! Picking your wedding gown can be such an overwhelming process, but these ladies made me feel calm and at ease every single time I stepped into the store. On my first visit I had a very set idea of what kind of gown I’d want for my big day, and tried on a few of that style, but I wasn’t sold. Sara suggested I try on the ‘Riya’ gown. Initially, I wasn't convinced it would suit me, but I agreed to try it on ‘just for fun’. As soon as Sara started tying up the back and I saw my reflection in the mirror, I knew that she’d found me the perfect gown. Something I never in a million years would’ve picked out for myself. Sara 100% has an eye for this kind of thing, she is a master of her craft. You really are in the best hands with all of the bridal consultants at Belle et Blanc Bridal. They are true professionals, and so friendly as well. Thank you for everything!!

I’m so glad I picked this shop as my first ever bridal dress shop. Olivia who was with me that day made me feel so good. She was so friendly and helpful. The first dress I tired on was almost “the dress” but it’s my bad for bringing my fiancé with me. I wanted him to have a say on the dress. And now all he said was now I’ve seen your dress I know what you’re going to wear 🙄 make me feel like I have to find another dress so he gets those surprise when he sees it on the wedding. 😅

I had a very pleasant experience at this bridal boutique and highly recommend it. I believe my experience was so pleasant because of my consultant, Anna. From the first moment i stepped into the store, she was so lovely and helpful and most importantly, genuine. Anna listened to my wants and needs and offered fantastic advice and helpful knowledge. I would like to post about my fantastic experience with the team at Belle et Blanc. The dresses there were beautiful and the level of customer service exceptional. I have been to so many bridal shops and I have to highlight my fantastic experience with Rose, the consultant looking after me. She was friendly, warm and very helpful. Rose had gone above and beyond during my fitting, providing me with a number of really useful tips as well as suggested vendors which helped to assist me with the planning of the big day. I highly recommend Belle et Blanc.

I was in Melbourne wedding dress shopping last month when my mum, sister, friends, and I spotted Belle et Blanc from across the road and decided to go in for a look.

Rose was so welcoming and sweet. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and Rose made sure to make it special.
She put me in a selection of different styles and was really helpful.

Unfortunately, I didn't say yes to one of her dresses, but it was such a beautiful experience that I won't forget it.

My wedding was last Sunday 27.11.22 and all I can say is that I’m so grateful to have found my dream dress at Belle et Blanc. With the help and guidance of Donna she found my dream dress. I purchased the Vikki gown which was more princess than the sleek mermaid gown I was after. But the words Donna said stuck to me “ you can only wear this gown once in your life” and that is what made me purchase it. It was my day to be special and this gown made me feel it. It made me feel like the bride

Throughout the process of my fittings, Donna and Rose were fantastic. They were helpful in explaining the new additions to my dress and things that needed to be done to make it better. They took extra care and made feel taken care of properly. You can really trust the expertise of the staff as they are there to help you. Donna especially made sure every time I tried on my gown that I felt comfortable and satisfied with it. Any problems, she assisted instantly or gave me the perfect advice. It was like having your mum guide you through the whole process. She was simply outstanding, she made my bridal experience memorable and for that I’ll always be grateful for.

All I can say is my experience here is a 10/10. Thank you to the staff of Belle for helping me make my wedding dreams come true.

This review is for Donna, Olivia and Rose. I wish I could give you girls 6 out of 5 stars. Exceptional service and beautiful gowns in store for any and every body type. I said yes to the dress with Olivia and Donna in store, and they were so genuinely happy for me. They were so helpful throughout the whole process and made me feel very comfortable and supported. I got a few alterations done and the dress was absolutely flattering and fit me like a glove. Rose was with me at my last fitting and she was so kind and helpful. Thankyou ladies! I got married last week and got so many compliments on my dress.

I purchased my Sloane Gown from the wonderful Sara at Belle Et Blanc. Sara made choosing a gown so easy and relaxing. I've heard horror stories from friends about their dress shopping and was a little worried but this place is amazing. Cannot recommend enough!

I spent a month bridal dress shopping and went to many places. I never had as great of an experience as I did with Anna. She is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond every time mum and I went to try dresses. She put in a lot of effort the whole time and I really appreciate it. Would’ve absolutely loved to get my dress from there but unfortunately since I am having my wedding overseas I found it easier to order one from there. Really appreciate all the effort❤

I went to Belle et Blanc to try on different dresses and had a great experience. It's worth mentioning that Donna is absolutely amazing at what she does and makes you feel comfortable in finding beautiful dresses that suit you. The time absolutely flew as well. Even when we walked in, we all felt quite welcome at Belle et Blanc.

What a wonderful experience I have had at Belle et Blanc!! If you do ever visit this store I highly recommend asking for Rose or Donna, these two ladies really made sure that I was happy with my dress and that it was my dream dress. As I walked into the boutique I was quite stressed as I really thought I could not find my dream dress but with the help of Rose and Donna they made my whole experience one to remember.

Belle assisted me enthusiastically in helping me choose a veil this weekend, and I am so grateful! She provided amazing customer service, and really made me feel excited about my upcoming wedding, which is not the reception I received from other bridal store assistants on Sydney road who appeared low energy / uninterested. Shopping at Blanc Bridal Boutique was a wonderful experience, especially considering I didn't know what kind of veil I was looking for going in, so their knowledge and insight was appreciated. Belle and her colleague (manager?) even went above and beyond and gifted me a spare garment bag they had, as I had to been on the hunt for one without any success. Thanks so much for your time and generosity - I will be recommending Blanc Bridal to others for sure :)

Omg Rose is amazing!!! i said yes to the dress today.. took me literally 5mins! When Rose closed the buttong of my lovely dress, she said ohh it looks like its made for you.. and shes right!!!! she also went above and beyond in giving me add ons to complement the dress, she tecommended what petticoat is best, the mayching veil, flowers, etc. Just an amazing experience!!!! thankyou Rose!
