Over the past couple of months we have had to use the out of hours emergency service for both of our dogs. On both occasions the vet we met was professional, respectful, interested and kind. They communicated the plan of action very clearly and kept us informed of our dogs’ progress throughout.
We have every confidence in every vet associated with this clinic and would thoroughly recommend them unconditionally.

Ash takes the time to listen and her communication is clear and well considered. She thorough in her examinations and very caring. We feel comfortable knowing our pets are in safe hands.

Absolutely love the customer service from Kai at the front desk. Such a friendly, positive manner & always goes above & beyond to assist the customers (both furry & human). Keep up the good work, Kai!

Charlie is the most caring vet. He doesn't do unnecessary procedures to make money. I trust his judgement and has never steered me wrong with my furbabies. Truly a caring vet who treats your pets with respect and friendliness. Highly recommended

Had a quick emergency visit with Glenn the vet yesterday, after my little mate Cobber had an encounter with a bee or spider. I was alarmed by the severity of his reaction but Glenn rushed in to meet me after hours and promptly gave him shots and waited to see them working. Phew!

Monty is always very comfortable coming in to your reception and he’s always greeted by his name and a lovely smile

Great service, we were away on holidays and they talked to us over the phone and we're really flexible with payment

The only clinic I’ll go to. They’ve patched up my pooch and have been seeing my cats throughout their lives and after when the time came. Very compassionate vets, and awesome staff.

The staff at the front desk are kind and professional. The Vet's & Nurse's are excellent in the care of my elderly dog who was very ill, l liked that they referred me to a specialist when they were unsure of his presentation.

Never a good thing when your furbaby is sick, and especially after hours and while travelling! Erin was fabulous, took great care of our toy poodle Max and even followed up the next day.

Been going here for yrs. Always friendly , kind , caring ...the receptionist's are terrific and all the vets l meet are so wonderful and knowledgeable...l trust them completely. I also use their groomers Lynda and Kylie whom do an incredible job with my two dogs, always delighted with them and my dogs are very happy to go with them . Very hard to find that with them.
This veterinary group of talented people whom really love animals l am extremely happy l found them yrs ago and will continue always to see them all.
