Mid City Motel Warrnambool

I had a deluxe king 👑 room. I would have given it a 5 ⭐, but To be a King room it should be perfect. The bed had a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet. Woke up sleeping on part of the mattress 😢. TV is not updated and a few things that are loose . If you pay for a King room it should be perfect. Be sides that it's a great place to stay. Very friendly staff.

Hotel reception are helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool available which is quite large and a lovely spot to cool off in summer. There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel although I did not get a chance to try it.

We enjoyed our short stay at this place. The best aspect is the absolutely wonderful location of this place. It is a stone's throw from the city centre and short drive from few of the tourist attractions like the flagstaff village, logans beach, tower hill, foreshore promenade. Plenty of eateries nearby as it is so close to the city centre. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious and neat and clean. Plenty of parking available at the premises. Overall recommended due to location and clean rooms!!

This was amazing,I don't know what type of room we got but it was room 12.a front room view was okay but not any towels were in the room on the first day which was really annoying we got them the next day and the location was okay I loved it TV had varieties of videos and films,sorry to the people in the room next to me having to listen to Jpop all night.playground was amazing and fun for the little one.Thank you for the wonderful and valuable time.

The rooms were clean and organised. All amenities were well appointed. Sadly, the pool wasn't heated but we were able to see past that.

We had a suite and an apartment. Both were very nice and comfortable. Heating worked perfectly. Staff were excellent and friendly.

Great place for a short stay.

I stayed here for one night while on deployment with the state emergency service.

After arriving somewhat late i was greeted by super friendly staff which was a breath of fresh air after a super long and exhausting day.

The room was fantastic and the bed was better than my own at home. After getting a good night sleep, i woke up early to head back out to calls for assistance. I had breakfast and a nice warm cup of tea waiting for me before i left.

Nice staff and amazing food. It was the first night with a new menu and they didn't put a foot wrong. Smoked pork ribs were amazing, the mushroom sauce was so delicious. The dessert menu has a great selection. Will definitely be back for more.

Nice and tidy room. Large comfy bed,Air con, TV fridge etc. Showers and toilet clean. Had dinner at the Motel for convenience. We were so glad we chose here. Restaurant setting was very nice, quite classy for a motel. The lady who served us was friendly and very informative. Food was tasty and large in size. Would give them a 6 if google let me.

Our room was absolutely fabulous, a great size with sleeping arrangements for 5 comfortably.
Staff were super friendly and helpful with nothing being too much trouble.
Beds are of excellent quality.
Would certainly stay here anytime with on site parking, a restaurant and plenty to keep us entertained.

The check in was easy. Be aware you'll need to pay a bond when you check in. The room was quite clean and spacious. I didn't get a chance to use the spa,

It was clean, tidy and everything quite new. Not too pricey either. A perfect stop on your travels. The pool looked good but the restaurant was closed so I can't comment on that. Very happy and got some sleep too.

Staff were incredible, going above and beyond to help me. Staff were patient and friendly, taking their time to find wonderfuls ways for my friends and I to experience Warrnambool. I had also forgotten some of my belongings after checking out, once I realised this it was so easy to communicate to staff, they were able to locate my things and send them back via post, making this process easy and stress free! Thank you to all the wonderful staff!

Booked a Premium King Room with upgraded bathroom for a couple of nights, after calling & being assured the beds were comfortable. Our pet hate is shoddy beds! These are great hotel beds, no need to look any further - we certainly wont in future. Rooms are clean, neat & tidy, a little on the small side, but that was no concern to us. Due to covid we had pre booked restaurants for dinner prior to booking hotel, so unfortunately didnt use the restaurant, however will next time as menu looked very enticing! This place is great value for money & be assured you can book with confidence! There was a small amount of traffic noise due its great position but certainly not unbearable

Every person at our table was delighted with the food at Elements restaurant at the Midcity Motel. Even the Italians were impressed with the carbonara! The service was fantastic, the restaurant and bathrooms extremely clean and a great price. We couldn't understand why the restaurant wasn't packed. Locals need to support this restaurant and perhaps the motel need to take down the black curtains so that passers-by can see inside this lovely place. We will be returning.

We dined at the Mid City restaurant last Friday evening and was waited on by a very attentive and knowledgeable waiters. We were impressed with the choices on the menu, which each of us ordered something we all enjoyed, Starting with natural oysters, then our group chose smoked salmon dish, chicken and seafood platter. Excellent service will return.

First class service from Meagan. Promptly made available my nice comfortable room with heating on. Did some admin copying on top of that. WOW .. thank you so much. Keep up the great work Meagan and team.

Stayed there with a group of 23. Clean, comfortable, well appointed. Tea / coffee making facilities. Couldn't have wished for better meals or service. My room faced on to the Prince's Highway / Raglan Parade, but I couldn't hear any traffic noise.
Perfect location for walking to shops, restaurants, cinema, Performing Arts Centre.

Excellent customer service. Staff were very helpful and forthcoming with any request and questions.
In house dining at the restaurant was excellent particularly the sizzling steak.

Rooms were well furnished and very comfortable beds, Conveniently located to ammenities and local businesses. Functions room very open and suitable to varying group sizes.

Will stay here again.

t is called a motel but I'd be happy to put it in a hotel category. Nice spacious room and big couch. Good location. Staff members were helpful. Parking available right downstairs. Building itself looks a bit old and unappealing. There were people smoking cigarettes outside of their rooms which you could smell if you have your windows open. Things looked a bit old as well, just like the building, but I guess good enough for where it is and how much you are paying.
