She offered a range of solutions, including tips on hair care routines, product recommendations, and clinical treatments. I left the consultation feeling informed.

The clinic itself was clean, modern, and welcoming. Tea and coffee was offered. Can’t wait to come back for the services!

I've had a really fantastic experience with Hair and Skin Science.

Crystal was very knowledgeable and competent when administering the treatment and was just an all around really lovely, caring person.

I admittedly was not expecting to see much of a change before and after the treatment but I was surprised to see quite a dramatic improvement from the PRF + Biotin treatment (and this was even without the addition of Minoxidil which I couldn't take as it affected my heart).

The clinic itself is in a nice location close to Prahran station and the room in which you receive the treatment is pretty cool.

Overall my experience was really fantastic and I'm glad I came here sooner rather than later. I very strongly recommend taking this treatment and this clinic.

Started my treatment package at another clinic with another nurse but found it quite painful. Then I came across Crystal who performed the treatments so gently and meticulously. Since then I have been coming to Crystal for the rest of my treatment package in South Yarra. I have been seeing her for the last five months for hair re growth treatments with biotin and PRF. The treatments feel comfortable and smooth. Results are fantastic and will be back for maintenance treatments with Crystal. Overall, she is just amazing!!

For the longest time I was so upset about the quality of my hair and general hair loss, I’m so glad I made the decision to start PRF treatments at Hair and Skin Science in South Yarra. Crystal has been so wonderful, really easy to talk to and makes the treatments so much more bearable!

I’ve been enjoying treatments for my skin with Crystal for almost a year now. I’ve followed her from the CBD clinic to South Yarra. Love that she never has pushy sales techniques, just genuine advice and you can really tell that she cares. The product range she suggested suits my skin so much, I will definitely be repurchasing these for the rest of my life. Recently I was sick and had to postpone my appointment a couple times but Crystal was accomodating and made rescheduling very easy.

As for the treatment - So far so good I like every single treatment as well as the products that she uses. Love the improvements in my skin texture after doing PRF micro needling. So soft and supple, my pores are non existent.

The treatment is performed in a comfortable environment. A relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Great location near public transport too. Will continue using the services with Crystal.
