little care or help despite being charged for 4 months of paper deliveries without ever receiving a paper
post note: an ailing person in hospital, cancels the subscription with you. You stopped delivery but the poor bloke who has been in hospital keeps getting charged and its got nothing to do with you? if they still are charging him where is the 4 months of papers?? my disappointment comes from the fact very little interest or care has been shown by the responses... its not us?? Certainly!! must of been the ailing person in hospitals fault yours and the HS systems dont gel - it just stinks. Tried 3 times over the phone to explain how unfair this has been on our Grandpa. "Yeah.. well ring HS"
