This place layover was simple and clean, easy to find all books.

The reason why I came to this book store was because i want to see if I can find new Wings of Fire book and I did so easily because the new released books was at front of the store.

Good pretty good range of Funko pop and CD. I didn't expect to see Funko pop and CD in this shop as well.

Very helpful, follow up on enquiries promptly and staff are great on ordering and informing regarding particular books I have ordered.

Wonderful friendly, knowledgeable staff. Orders are always quite efficient, I have now on 3 or 4 occassions had my books that I've ordered that there was meant to be quite a long wait time on turn up at the store within a week or a fortnight at the most. Staff go above and beyond for their customers, I have shopped at Collins since I was a child and all these years later it still has a wonderful welcoming and friendly vibe about it. There's not much you won't find in the way of books and they haven't got it they are always more than happy to order it in. Staff are always smiling. Thank you for all your help with finding all of my books, my advice to everybody looking for a book, head to Collin's, you won't be disappointed.

Nice relaxing atmosphere. Approachable, helpful staff that are not always in your face. Good selection with the option of having items ordered in for you if necessary. Gift wrapping and gift vouchers available.
Also supports local work which is great to see in a small community.

It's a good book shop but like all book stores I wish it had a larger craft section.
Update: They've been getting in really nice sewing pattern books for clothes and toys lately. ☺

The staff are always so friendly and happy to help suggest books. They have often gone above and beyond to find titles and order in if they don’t have it.

I made an online purchase and had my books delivered to my door. The lady that delivered my books was so lovely. They had also written a beautiful personal note on my bag. Thank you guys, made my day.

Lots of help, and wrapped birthday gift. Lovely girls and good selection. I like too how supportive they are of local artists, authors, illustrators etc.

Have LOTS of books on any subject and if they haven't got it they will try to get it for you. And if it's out of production they will tell you on about other ways to try to source the book.

A truly amazing bookshop. It's a must when I visit Warrnambool.
