Genuinely very happy and pleasantly surprised by this hotel after a last minute 3 night stay. The room was large, clean, comfortable and modern. The hotel amenities were great (broken pool heater though). Staff were very nice and the breakfast buffet was good value. The day spa facilities and hot springs were definitely worth checking out. Be prepared to spend a bit of extra cash but it was worth it. Partner & I have always usually gone to Lorne for a beach escape but I think Warrnambool may be a better option. A genuinely impressive hotel in a very nice, relaxed and friendly town.

Woow ,what a great weekend stay. I absolutely loved it. The staff from the point of check-in were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. The housekeeping staff were very professional and prompt with the servicing of the rooms . the staff at Tides Cafe were so nice and helpful also , it's so hard to find fault with the whole experience, so impressed 👏🏼 👌🏼 we will definitely be back again.

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Lauren from the Spa. She went through all the services and let us know about the private hot spring rooms which we loved!

Location was great, beautiful walks and beach nearby. Good value for money!

HOT SPRINGS
Didn’t realise on booking the hotel the hot springs were extra ($25 p/h for indoor, private bathing half hour was $40 + $20 per extra person (hour option available); the outside hot springs were a lot more and varied according to day and time (you don’t need to stay at the hot springs to use the outdoor ones just pay, best to book ahead for any of the hot springs). I really enjoyed the private hot springs room, half hour, included peppermint tea and iced water.
Pool looked nice but heater was broken was fixed the next day when we left.

THE ROOM
The room was very nice, clean and very spacious with comfortable king sized bed. Large TV, couldn’t get the screen mirroring to work though. Single seater lounge chair and two dinning chairs, no lounge. Bathroom was nice. There was a small balcony for our room, but no furniture and you wouldn’t spend much time out there, right next to next door and no privacy screen. But it was nice to see what it’s like outside before heading out and see the sunrise.

Stayed here for a night in room 406 queen bed . A decent size room for 2 . Great view looking at the sea and part of the town . Very clean , tidy and we'll presented . Reception staff on check in very helpful . Also had dinner and breakfast here , food was good, breakfast was simple but a ok variety. Booked the hot pools on the evening session and it was a great night after a very hot day . The bathroom has bifold mirrors which was a unique thought that I've never seen in a hotel . Shower with a view
Highly recommend

The rooms were clean and pleasant enough.

The location is amazing. Such a perfect spot by the beach.

The old style water saving shower head was a bit of a let down though.

Really great place! So glad we found this.
They are gorgeous pools of different temperatures and a cool pool- would be better if it was ice!
Great way to end our Great Ocean Roadtrip!

Very good experience at these hit springs. Multiple pools with variety of temperatures ranging between 37 to 42 degrees. One cold water pool which was fun as as soon as you step in it frezes you body and is such a breath taking experience. Overall such a relaxing and calming experience. Wonderful two spent ... worth every penny.

Can't actually rate the rooms as didn't stay here, just came for the hot springs which were lovely, we came on a long weekend and I felt they did a great job with managing numbers - it was busy but not overcrowded, always able to find a spot in the pools. Bit disappointed in the variety though, lots of pools and a cold plunge but no sauna, steam room etc. like other hot spring resorts I've visited.

Thank you building a beautiful business in such a pretty spot in Western Australia (between Margaret River, Gracetown and Cowarinyup). The facilities (including under floor heating in the bathroom) were outstanding and customer service was beautiful (from start to finish). There is no better place to celebrate an important wedding anniversary. xxx

I took my parents here and they enjoyed it very much. The staff were great and very helpful. I stayed for one night but my parents stayed at the hotel for a few days. Staff were always smiling and accommodating towards them.

It's almost right on the beach, well it's a short walk. For a bigger type of motel the service was good, the room was clean, the view and the sea breeze was nice. If you politely ask for a sea side room on a upper floor you might get lucky.
And depending on want floats ya boat and who your traveling with, the bathroom wall can be removed, so it's possible the view inside the room might be better than looking out the window.
Caution. The undercover Carpark is low clearance, but there is more parking out the back.
It's a nice short walk up to the beach side cafe for coffee and breakfast. Enjoy fun lovers.

Had a great stay here, discovering the lovely Warrnambool and area. We did the coastal walks, Rail Trail to Port Fairy (78km return) and the Sanctuary Hot Springs (twice). Great fun.

Very relaxing . View was awesome, staff was very helpful yet professional. One of their team members provided information about best tourist spots, local restaurants and shops, and that info was really helpful to us. Can't thank you enough to team..

Was pretty apprehensive about these springs as we had been to others in NSW and NZ that were really average.

However these pools were pretty damn good in the middle of winter. The outdoor area was clean and well landscaped, and there were plenty of different sized pools with varying temperatures. The icey plunge pool was bone jittering in between hot pools. Would definitely go back if there again, but maybe pick a two hour slot for adults only.

Enjoyed my stay here though front desk service standards could be more personal. I had a very comfortable room and had to book a month in advance to get value out of the booking else it’s quite pricy if done last minute. Location was great very near the ocean 1min drive away. While I stayed their restaurant was closed so I had to drive out for dinner which was a bummer. Overall, I will return if ever back in this area for work as it’s very clean and well maintained
