Lady Bay Resort

We stayed for a night after our wedding at the Lady Bay resort, and the views we had were magnificent. There was also good information in the room about Warrnambool, and it was great to have a spa bath. The only thing that might have been improved was having a mini bar, but there is a restaurant attached which you had access too.

We love the Lady Bay accomodation. The location is excellent, the staff are great and the accomodation terrific. If I was to offer anything for improvement it would be to have total block out blinds in the bedrooms. We have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. An exceptional opportunity for a great holiday!.

Stayed in their 3 bedroom townhouse for 2 nights. Nice place with great staff. The house was clean and well stocked with all basic requirements. The TVs were good, specially the one on the top floor. They also have an electric car charge point by Tesla for use.

Had a very enjoyable stay here. An excellent apartment, with lots of space. A good location close to the water with some enjoyable walking tracks.

We had a fantastic stay at Lady Bay resort. Staff very helpful, rooms spacious and very functional. Meals delicious. Would love to go back one day.

The Lady Bay Resort team are incredible!
We hosted a Planning Panel Hearing there for 4 weeks (main function room) and our staff and consultants stayed in the accommodation and dined at the delicious restaurant.

The vibe of positivity from staff and the gorgeous view from the rooms struck me immediately on my earlier 'scoping' visit.

The staff (Lydia and her team) were incredibly responsive to our every need, in the function/meeting/conference room, with our constantly changing accommodation needs; helping us find suppliers, equipment and so much more around Warrnambool.
The team were all multi-tasking, covering each others roles at a moment's notice, so the support was seamless. (I never heard "I can't help you, or that's not my job"). By the time we went home they all felt like family to us.

The restaurant was delicious, for lunch or dinner.
Daily catering for lunch was brilliant.

We could not have been happier and better looked after.

Rooms have everything you need, nice lounge area, kitchen area with cooker and fridge, utensils and cutlery, even a microwave.

Beautiful location and a really comfortable bed.

I really enjoyed my recent stay here. The team at reception were wonderful, friendly and helpful.
Apartment was very spacious, facilities clean and easy to access/use. Rates were very reasonable too!

Nice room, with enough room for two to spread out. Shower door let’s out a little too much water, but that’s really no bother. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent! My wife had lamb shoulder and I had crispy skin salmon with prawns… both were divine. Prices were good and service was very friendly and certainly fast enough. Location is great too!

Great place to have a function or just a meal some time. The latest was an birthday with the perfect location, Bar and food.. It's really not just the place, more about the employees that makes it so good. Accomodation and function room..

Despite one abrupt person answering the phones one day our overall experience was very good.
The resturant food was exceptional as was the overall quality of customer service.
I would book again and again just for the quality of the food.
The apartment we had gave clear views of sections of the ocean.
Only one porters trolley was a little inconvenient at busy check out time especially with disabilities.

Had a terrific stay, beginning with a warm welcome from Claude and Kurt. The kitchenette is decked out with everything you need (beside a coffee maker), but tea/coffee satchels are provided. There is a little coffee plunger so you could bring your own coffee.
Room no. 3 was a 1br spacious room with 1 telly in the lounge room.
Had the best Gnocchi at the Lady Bay restaurant. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights in a two bedroom apartment with a spa bath. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and suitable for families. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. Note the rooms are not serviced daily which didn’t bother us as we could collect any supplies we needed from reception.

We got takeaway dinner from the resort restaurant which we ate in our room on our last night. The food was amazing and we didn’t have to wait too long either.

The Deep Blue Hot Springs is next door and is definitely a must visit (do book online ahead of time to avoid disappointment).

Perfect location even in winter. View of the ocean and waves from our room. The restaurant and bar were amazing. Highly recommend.

Have stayed here quite a few times and the rooms are always SO clean. I've only stayed in rooms facing out towards the river but they all have balconies and fresh air. The staff are lovely and I always enjoy staying here.
