Old aquariums at Warrnambool Harbour

It’s a nice place for walk around and running. It is also a harbor of Warrnambool, some local people come use their boats go to fishing and some teenagers swimming around the harbor.

Great place to hang out.

Excellent views and great place to sit and enjoy sunset.

You never know what you will get from life

As a child I went to this aquarium. Even back then in the 70’s, it was a scary place. It was under the level of the ocean and surrounded by concrete and confined. I remember the fish were interesting.
Its been closed and all entries sealed up. There are no Tourist information signs there now, which is a real shame, as it was an interesting part of Warrnambool history.
Now it’s very popular with tourists who stand on the roofs to view the Ocean. Kids, including mine in the 90’s, love running up and down them.

Nice spot, didn’t explore too much into what other people have found but worth a look
