In April 2022 I arrived in Warnambool while participating in the IPWR, a bicycle ride from Fremantle to Sydney. I was suffering from severe pain in my left knee, so much that I saw my ride ending here. John took the time to "needle" it, did pressure points and massaged the above lying muscles, knowing that I would continue cycling that afternoon. Two weeks later I finished my ride on the steps of the Sydney Opera House. Having had no trouble after treatment. Very greatful for a job well done.

Doesn't keep getting you back for unnecessary visits.

this is a terrible place to do anything. had a first visit and then booked follow up visits three times. It's nowhere to be found! It really sucks when you can't sleep with sore muscles for three weeks. Now I have to start all over again.
