Couldn’t recommend Dale Cleves and the guys there more highly. I ordered a guitar and they were great at keeping me up to date with where everything was at. It arrived in store faster than expected which was great. Every time I go in they are always friendly and more than helpful with my questions but also happy to just let you check everything out without following you around.

I went in to the Warrnambool shop to buy a hollow bodied guitar. I was so impressed with the range of guitars they had for what is basically a niche market. I was in the shop for well over an hour and was given excellent customer service. I was given plenty of opportunity to play the different guitars and there were no pushy sales techniques. I am so happy with my beautiful Gretsch and so pleased that I was able to support a local shop.
