- best bubble tea store front in box hill, combined with hot star chicken allow people to order food and drink same time.
- Kiosk works great can take cash and make order from there
-consistent customer service rarely let me down just wait for your number and get your drink. As of all the drink flavour consistent across all of its varieties.

5 stars for the girl who works by herself today's afternoon! Yup at the 2nd day of boxing day. She works really fast, and very helpful with my lactose intolerance. Overall she deserves the best with heap of cups in front of her and the queue that wasn't stopping. Probably Gong Cha should put another at least 1 person moreover in public holiday like this. Service was good and fast. Drink was fantastic!.

Tea is always consistent in taste. Went there tonight thinking they closed 10:30 (according to google)- Turns out they close 9:30 but they still took my order when they didn't have to. The guy was super lovely. Really appreciate it. 🤩

I love my black tea with less sugar and less ice. I was served by the Asian guy with the eyebrow piercing and he was very warm and lovely.
