We have had a very positive renting experience recently with Lindellas (and in particular Nicole). We had a bit of a tricky client relocating here from overseas with limited rental history and complicated references but she went above and beyond to do her due diligence and communicated so well during the negotiations. It really made the process completely transparent and resulted in a happy tenant and I believe a great outcome for the landlord. Well done Lindellas!

Lindellas have excellently managed our rental property for the last twelve months. All members of the rental team we dealt with promptly responded and to our phone calls and email correspondence and were very helpful in communicating with the tenant and arranging access to the property when required.
