I had the very best service here today! I had no idea what I was doing, on top of that, my address wasn't coming up and there was an impatient man behind us getting all in a huff as she tried to help me. People need to seriously check themselves, this woman was going above and beyond to help and I am very grateful. Thank you!

The lady is nothing but helpful towards assisting you in getting the parcel to the location. Nothing but smiles and always looking to help.

Everyone thats placed a 1 star below as either not brought in the required items to get a parcel like an ID or tried to get a parcel during public holidays at a small location rather than the business hub down the road. Basically all bots kinda finesse a nice working lady.

Always a pleasure sending stuff at this location. People are sad when things don't go their way

Excellent little suburban Australia Post Office which, as well as being open from 9am to 5pm on weekdays, is open on Saturday mornings from 9am to 12 midday. It offers full postal service as well as banking service and also copy and fax which is great. It also has a post box service.

Rubbish service, came in with an Amazon return and was told it was too big, Amazon states any post office for their returns, I'm assuming guy behind the counter/owner is just lazy.

They *lock* the doors before closing. Arrived 16:54 and already locked. Don’t bet on picking up a parcel quickly if you leave work early.

Terribly arrogant lady of about 40-50's on a customer desk. Definitely she is not the right fit for the job. Rudely told us to read the glass prior to coming in when we requested for ID verification. She stated they had stopped doing Id check from years. No manners and poor attitude with customer.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The lady behind the counter answered her mobile phone (which was a personal call) while serving me. She is then rude when I asked a question and made mistakes so had to go back and do all my postage again. Would definitely not recommend going here.

ALWAYS CLOSED. NO SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS*. I received AustPost card on Friday in mailbox to collect item. The Card clearly says it opens Saturday 9-12. I went their on Saturday (10th June) at 9.30am and there is a sign on door saysing CLOSED - not opening until Tuesday 13th June. Appalling services as they don't seem to want to open during non-business hours.
