Yesterday I visited the Tech Team to have my locked phone sent off to Samsung to fix the issue. The team were really helpful and keen to fix it on the spot. They went over and above to try to fix it. I was so pleased when they were able to do so. Thanks to Luke and team for your time and effort! This is a valuable service for customers.

Really helpful, friendly staff in every department. We had the most patient salespeople helping us choose an armchair and a bed - shoutout to Justin and Joseph for going above and beyond.

The laptop I received wasn’t working. I was told to come in and they gave me a replacement. Thank you Nathan for all your help and making it such a easy stress free process

My old Samsung phone died and Sasha went above and beyond and was able to retrieve all of my data including photos I hadn't backed up.

He was then able to load everything onto my new phone and back up the data for me on a hard drive.

Not only was the end result great but Sasha made every step along the way easy.

Also Ky in the same area was also very helpful.

Came here after abysmal service from Good Guys. As soon as we walk in, Joe greets us within 2 minutes and we were able to quickly lock down a couch, 2 armchairs at a good price. We then headed to check out a fridge, oven and dishwasher where we were promptly greeted by Tanisha and also were fully supported through our queries, we kept poor Tanisha behind her shift finish time but she dedicated her time gladly and we are really grateful for her help! I will absolutely be coming back to Harvey Norman again in the future!!

Absolutely first class customer service. Was very pleased with the help I received and I noticed another customer had the same experience. The staff are doing an excellent job.

Bought a pair of headphones off Sasha. Sasha was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me different options to choose from. The one I chose was not sold in store, but Sasha made sure to order it and keep me updated every step of the way. Will definitely come and shop with Sasha again!

Went into the store today to buy Office 365 and Ky served me. He was informative and kind and very good at his job to help ensure my understanding of the product and how to use it on multiple devices

Great service from Ali and co, business MrBbs delivery through Harvey Norman. Sms day before advising of the allocated time slot, then phone call 20 minutes beforehand. Very bulky items delivered, and it was done with great care and very positive for a Friday. No bulky packaging left behind, thanks guys!

I needed assistance with returning/swapping an airfryer we received for Christmas, Eden in the small appliances went above and beyond to help us with a seamless return!

Recently Bought a Laptop, Phone and printer from Sacha at Harvey Norman Moorabin. What can I say, the guy is an absolute legend, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient. Pleasure to to business with him. If you need any tech make sure to go see Sacha. I’d like to add that when I overheard the other guys working in this section dealing with other customers they were also courteous and knowledgeable.

Bought a TV, got a discount on it. Got a further discount on 4 year additional warrently. 180 instead of 260.

Went there for a home appliance enquiry. Great service and helpful and explained about different options.
