had our Van serviced and a Diesel heater installed over the last couple months, could not get better service from Matthew who followed up with phone calls to keep us up to date on progress.

Took our caravan out to Coastal Caravans as had a leak and needed a quote for insurance. They were so helpful and brilliant to deal with. Matthew was so knowledgeable and understanding and made it so easy for us. Another local repairer was going to charge us $280.00 just for the quote so very pleased we took it to Coastal Caravans as they also did a water test and did not charge us. Thank you guys for your help and support!

Good range of parts on shelf, good advice on an awning I possibly need to replace soon and friendly and helpful parts counter staff.
Haven't had a look at their vans up till now as I don't want to start dreaming an upgrade just yet. But they have an extremly large range of various styles on display on-site.
Well worth a drop in just for parts and expertise.

Had no water for the weekend so rang Coastal Caravans monday morning they had a water pump in stock and on arriving there the service was astronomical. Supplied and fitted while we were there. Would recommend them to anyone who has a problem. Sincere thanks guys

Coastal caravans gave us the most amazing service- l cannot recommend them highly enough. We lost a dometic window in our caravan and they managed to get us a replacement within 2 days!! ( Dometic normally have at least a two week wait)Then they assisted us installing it- nothing was too much trouble. You don’t often come across businesses that provide that sort of service and care. Had a safari dust reduction system (DRS) fitted in a brand new van and you wouldn’t even know that it was fitted after build. Also had my first service done here. In my opinion this is by far the best service centre in tassie. Highly recommend

Bought our Little Caravan Company Explorer van from Coastal Caravans a few months ago. It's a great van and the whole buying experience was wonderful. It did have 2 small issues. We booked in with the service team and those issues were fixed within 2 hours. Same day caravan service!! Amazing! Matthew and his team even helped us hitch up. Nothing but praise for Trent, Matthew, Russell and the whole Coastal Caravans team.

We brought our 1998ish van in to Coastal caravans for a service, and as it was an older van we were expecting to be told it need extra work.( as we had been told elsewhere)... we even had been "eyeing off" a new van in their yard and had spoken to Trent about one. After picking our caravan up after service, we were told it was all good, (no extra's) and ready to roll for our next adventure...Very happy ! I found the team at C.C. very helpful and polite, and at a very reasonable cost . Would recommend them..!!!...
