The Athlete's Foot Launceston

Once again staff member Amy was the reason I'll be returning to this store. So helpful and caring about her job and duty to service. A wonderful experience to also get a discount due to Zap gym membership.

Wonderful customer service from Amy. We entered this store and from the very minute we were made to feel valued. Nothing was a problem and Amy was knowledgeable in all aspects. To add to this sometimes when you are of the older age group you are dismissed veey quickly this was not the case.

In the last few weeks I’ve been into the Athlete’s Foot twice, served both times by Amy. What an amazing staff member. Her professionalism, knowledge and customer service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced in a store. I will now always come to the Athlete’s Foot for this service. Great work Amy

Was referred to Athletes Foot by Sky Podiatry to purchase Brooks shoes to wear because of the need to wear orthotics to adjust for 13 mm difference in left leg length. What a delight it was to be looked after by Amy. She is a real credit to the operation of this business, has great customer connection, very knowledgeable and has a relaxed and easy manner with the all important explanation about fitting me with shoes that required special consideration for the required orthotics. Thank you Amy, I am now planning to be a long term customer of Athletes Foot.

I visited Athlete’s Foot at the recommendation of my podiatrist due to the large range of products endorsed by podiatrists. The customer service was excellent - I was served by Daniel who was patient and did not make me feel rushed or pressured into a purchase and had an excellent knowledgeable about the products.
