Jack Fossey Park

MARKETS it’s our monthly market day held on the 3rd Saturday of each month. Locals come together / binding winding chatting building sharing spreading knowledge earning pocket money enjoying new and old delights in delicious foods and beverages arts & crafts , basically it’s an open festive arts/ crafts Market / Fun / Family / Commute Day out for one and all. 6am - 12 Noon I myself rarely try not to miss one.

Lovely little park, very preaty at day and night

Pretty area, friendly locals, good fishing from the public jetty. Close to the RSL and Coffee Club is just opposite so nice place to relax. Good little takeaway fish and chips caravan in the car park, selling good local fish and reasonable chips.

Clean and peaceful walk at 6pm. Marble Starlings plentiful to watch.

Great place to sit or walk and enjoy the river, boats and park, sit on the grass or the park benches, kids can play in the secure playground, have a bbq, and public toilets, bins and heaps of parking even for caravans.

Really nice park. Public bbq are accessible! Cold showers are accessible threw the bathrooms! Pretty calm and family friendly! Go and see it yourself now.

We enjoyed visiting this town because it is small but with lots of shopping options and great atmosphere. People are very welcoming! Very authentic chinese restaurant too.

Great playground for the kids. Walla's Fish and chips by the wharf is the best fish and chips in town 😋

Good variety of seating. Relaxing spot watching the boats come and go.

It is a great family outing there is a play ground for kids and a BBQ area for families to enjoy the day out overlooking the water

Great park on the waterfront, close to shops, has amenities, playground and plenty of seating, barbecues, nice relaxing area, lots of parking.

Great fenced park for kids. Has a smaller playground for 1yr+, then a bigger one for big kids.

Nice place to have fish and chips, but I had a curry.
