JB Hi-Fi Rockhampton Stockland

I was quite surprised by the customer service quality of the sales team here. I've been to JB HiFi's all around the country and these guys are highly noticeable above the rest with really going above and beyond. Shout out to the guys who sold me a TV the other night a few minutes before knock off and were still helping me with the order after knock off time. Much appreciated.

I love the customer service here first and foremost! You can select different brands of appliances as per your budget! Nice to buy here because it meets my budget and the quality is amazing!!! 🥰❤

Did a trade in on line, bit confusing so rang them and spoke with Amy. She was amazing, knew exactly what i was talking about, professionalism was outstanding. Went to store next day to buy new IPAD, once again, Amy was right there and the customer service was exceptional. Amy passed me onto Brittany who looked after accessories and warranty. The service was by far the best I have had. Brittany showed me how to put on the screen protector with a smile ear to ear. Brittany and Amy worked so well together and nothing was an issue. JB Hi-fi has been always a reliable source for consumer electronics, appliances and audio for me and my misus. We have bought heaps from stuff from them starting with my first ever phone here in Australia to my PS4 and to my brother in law's TV it's always been easy for us to browse the assortment of brands for a proper amount of time.

The staff are very nice which come and greets you once. They will help you with pretty much everything every step of the way. The place is a bit hectic at times but everything seems to be in perfect order.

JB hi-fi is always as good as the day I remembered, professional, cheap and plentiful in every way.

Best service I have seen in a long time! Bought a power bank here back a few months ago, and sadly it was faulty. As I live in Tasmania and only bought while traveling, I could not come into store to discuss it with them - but over email was able to organise it to be sent and replaced! Super quick replies and just an overall great experience I thought would be so much harder. Chantel and Robert were amazing - thank you again. Would 100% buy from them again.

Excellent customer service. Was waiting for attention when young lady (who was serving another customer) noticed me waiting and called a staff member to help me. Young man who served me was knowledgeable, helpful and patient with my techo-cretin self. Very good range of products at competitive prices. Highly recommend.

Andy on the floor is an asset to this JB HIFI extremely knowledgeable and a great guy all round very much appreciated his approach to me as a customer, nice to know there salesman still around that aren't pushy and just give you good advice on what you want, Andy needs a promotion and a payrise, he is certainly over qualified and under paid for his current position, Geordie who helped me load the tv up is also an asset to this company and another great employee, thanks guys will see you again as a return customer

I visited the store to look at new televisions and price points. The I visited not only the usual helpful staff were there but also the Samsung representative was there as well. I got to have a well informed chat with a highly knowledgeable chap about new technologies, recommended sizes for my room andwhat to look for in a new television. He even suggested best buys in the cheaper range and brands to avoid. Great experience!

Mine, my sisters and nephews absolute favourite place to visit of all time. We go in wanting one or two blu rays/dvds and end up with more than we planned. He he 😁😁 We have ALWAYS had great shopping experiences in JB and we will continue to always be loyal customers to this great franchise. The staff make it so much easier to browse and are very approachable if and when we want to ask questions. I came in to purchase a phone for my daughter. The staff were very helpful, and honest in their opinions of the packages available. They also helped me out with some other tech problems I had at home, providing me with inexpensive solutions and products that work brilliantly

Great customer service. I'm in Victoria and ordered a Laptop which was sent from this store. Unfortunately it came damaged but I filled in a form online and Nigel called me the next morning. Straight away he organised for another to be sent out. It arrived today (the day after the phone call) with no problems!! Have to give TOLL credit too for the fast delivery.

Great jb. Staff were very diligent and helpful. Security guard was rocking away to john Farnham between bag checks. Very good vibe to the store.

They have great customer service, informative, polite, and the prices are amongst the best.
