Fantastic customer service that's genuine and not in your face. This is why I love shopping at Bunnings. They hire real people who do their best to help and are honest if they can't help. From being helped in arrival to get some corflute for my small dog to sit in the trolley to the help from Emma in the shade sail aisle, the staff really do make all the difference. Keep up the good work.

Had a click and collect yesterday and my Christmas lights were not available. Leanne went above and beyond to assist and find replacement lights. Made my day ❤

A very busy, smaller store. The staff are always attending to customers queries, taking and dispatching orders. One downside is that stock might be out for a while before it's replenished. Listening to the team members advising customers on the correct products to use for their projects was heartening.

Wanted to share our recent experience with an order from Bunnings Noosaville. I tried to do the order online, with special order items, stock from other Bunnings etc, however decided to connect with our local Bunnings by telephone and email. Spoke with Jo, Trade Specialist who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, making the transaction so easy and seamless. Jo took full control of the order, including stock transfers from other stores, special order items, and instore items, and delivered the lot once received. Jo was very responsive and a great communicator. Thanks Jo!

Great staff and plenty of parking early in the day. As a builder, I can easily visit this place 5 days out of 7 during the week.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful at this Bunnings. I’d like to give a particular shout out to Heather, who happily kept an eye on my dog while I had to run in quickly. She’s an absolute gem and a credit to the store.

It's a Bunnings store, it's great, a bit smaller than Maroochydore, Caloundra, Gympie etc, stores. So worth checking if what you want is in stock first.

Such professional advice on my needs! Outstandingly proficient in measurements, requirements etc. The chap in the plumbing section working today around 2pm was the best! Sorry I don't have your name. I walked out a happy customer! Yes it's only a toilet, but if you knew my toilet saga with other retailers and plumbers you would understand.

My only beef is the aisles appear the be narrower than my home bunnings store. Not much room to move when the aisle is full of people.

Massive store but so well set up you can easily find what you are looking for.

What can I say except I always go to Bunnings wanting something specific & leave with what I wanted plus a whole lot more!! I LOVE BUNNINGS! It's the only issue, you end up getting what you need & so much more. It is never a quick visit as there is so much to see & buy.

We are there most weeks buying something or other, got good stuff and cheap but we can usuly find what we want.

Go in but be warned, if you're like me you'll leave with more than you intended on buying. Prices are awesome and there's always little surprises on sale.

Had fun at this store. The staff were really friendly. They had lots of stock and specials. Done the usual and came home with lots of treasures - just too many nice things here. The place was clean and again, well stocked and very helpful. Lots of parking for everyone. I also found out I can take audio cables back to another store if I bought wrong. Now that's handy to know 🙂
