It's like a step back in time where not so long ago, customer service meant more than a greeter at the door and a smirking smile from someone who knows nothing about building. At the Noosaville shop, I had a salesperson with the knowledge and experience of what a person wants when they need to get a job done. Unlike the green coloured shop, the salesperson I saw knew exactly what I needed and more and got me out the door efficiently and expertly with everything I was after. I've been a carpenter for more than twenty years and I would pay extra for this kind of service because it saves me a lot of effort and time in the long run

The good folk here go out of their way to help you. I am stuck at home, but they are dropping a small order off to me no problems, and at no charge. And it's stuff that B______s won't even let me buy online, let alone deliver. If I could give a higher rating I would!
